They did a great job for my 3 years old goldendoodle, easy to setup appointment, fast and quality service. S.C.E.N.T. check was great, Ollie been itching his left ear last two days which I didn't think of telling them since they are not vet. They picked it up and alerted me to take him to vet for a potential ear infection. Good job!

I took Miles to Scenthound for a basic groom. He was well cared for and smelled like the little prince he is.I want to add the S.C.E.N.T check is really helpful. I recommend you try them for your PupUpdate: I would like to add after 3 visits I am even more pleased. I got a canister of the face wipes and Miles tear stains are really under control. I use one a day to clean the area around his eyes and mouth and it works wonders! I'll keep them on hand. Try them!

Excellent service! I was able to get a convenient appointment as a new client. The staff was friendly and the service was thorough and reasonably priced. After grooming someone spoke with me about my dog’s health and their findings at grooming. Scenthound offers a variety of monthly plans at reasonable rates. I was very impressed and my husky did very well (other than her usual vocal serenade during the session). Check them out!

We've had the basic hygiene membership for a few months and are cancelling. I've kept it this long because I like the front desk staff, they're very friendly and accommodating, and I also appreciate that this place is very flexible with scheduling - I've made last minute changes a few times. I also think the price for the membership is decent.However, my dog has gotten two haircuts at this place and they were both bad experiences. After the first one, I decided to give them one more chance, but no more. Both haircuts my dog has had, they cut MUCH shorter then I told them to. My dog tends to get depressed when too much of his hair comes off at once and he is also very skinny and gets too cold and trembles a lot. Both times, I told them this, and they went so much shorter anyway. More importantly though, after both of the haircuts he's gotten at this place, he seemed to be in pain. For about a week following the haircut, he was licking much more than usual, and would even just randomly sit down in the middle of a walk and start licking his legs. I (mistakenly) did not inspect his body after the first haircut, but after the second one I did and I found numerous scabs and bruises all over. I'm very very upset about this and feel awful for my poor boy and very guilty that I did not check him after the first haircut when he seemed to be in pain, and took him back to this place. These groomers are clearly very rough. Please don't bring your dog here.

Today is my first time using Scenthound as a groomer for my dog Storm. Drop off was easy and pickup was easy. The employees were very friendly and shared a 6 point checklist for Storms overall health. I plan to use Scenthound regularly for my dogs grooming routine.

It was easy to make an appointment, they went over what was included and about an hour later ready for pickup! My Tucker and Charlie smelled great, nails were trimmed, teeth brushed and they were so fluffy! They didn’t need a blow dry at all! I was worried they would be wet but they came out dry (they are short haired). Very happy with the services provided:)

Super friendly staff and walk you through the packages. $39 for first intro grooming. Takes about 45 minutes for a grooming session. Can run errands Nextdoor at grocery stores. Great to have in the area!

We really like the boutique type feel of this place. It’s very clean, and I feel like my dog gets a lot of attention. On her last appointment we pulled up and she seemed very excited so I’m taking that as a positive sign that this is the right spot for her.

Scenthound in Springhouse is the BEST! Their entire team works so nicely together! They are professional, friendly, caring and list could go on! My dog absolutely loves going there! She is welcomed in as soon as she arrives! She is happy to be there and leaves so happy, smelling good and groomed beautifully in every way! They are incredible and we are so happy they are here! While I appreciate them grooming my dog I will not be taking her back. I recently moved to the area and and needed someone new, this place had amazing reviews. However you can tell the actual groomer is not dog friendly, and not sincere. My dog did get cut a few times during her grooming process and it could of been a true accident however she has blood staines in her fur and they didn’t even seem to care to wash them out, they also didn’t seem genuine when explaining any issues. Groomer seemed nervous like trying to cover something up. I will be taking her back to her old groomer because trust is hard to find, regardless of the fact that i moved.

Great experience today with our Pitty. The front desk staff member, Sarah I believe, was so helpful and great with our girl! I really appreciated her going over nail trimming tips and bringing other health care issues to our attention. We are signed up as monthly members. Great experience for our dog!

Our medium sized dog has been getting bathed with "deshedding" treatment. Seems to cut down on the flying fuzzballs! He's pretty sensitive and seems to have no anxiety about his visits. Call for scheduling as all availability apparently does not show on their website.

Tried Scent Hound, they offer affordable basic cleaning and care for dogs. My dog needed nails trimmed, teeth brushed and a bath, the basics. I was impressed by how streamlined they were. I’ve already booked two more appointments! Friendly, knowledgeable, fast, affordable. I recommend.

Reggie is a very spoiled Shih Tzu and thinks he’s a big dog and plays hard with his 90lb German Shepherd neighbor. Reggie gets very dirty and when he came out from his bath I almost didn’t recognize him he was so white and clean.I am going to join the monthly club.
