This Giant is different in layout from ours in Hatfield. It wasn’t a bad layout just something I wasn’t expecting. It was nice.One side of the entrance was the flower section and the other entrance has the convenience of the deli dept along with the salad bar and bakery.The selection was the same and prices were the same. I don’t know how prices are affected depending on location and if Giant sales are aligned together for consistency.What I do appreciate and makes my normal shopping experience great is the flower selection, produce and deli service. All were good.Location was good. It right on North Bethlehem Pike.Entering and exiting was good.Selection was good.Prices standard.Staff - had a nice cashier during checkout.Cleanliness was good.Overall it was nice and was a good shopping experience.

I have never left a negative review before, but my God, I have to say something. On the whole, this giant is pretty good. People are nice, shelves are well stocked, and it is clean. That said, there is one guy in the deli that is an absolute train wreck. He is middle aged, a little overweight with white hair, and to put it simply, he is the slowest moving human being on the planet. No exaggeration, watching him get meat and cheese is right on par with the DMV scene from Zootopia. This guy has been like this for years, and I have always just stomached it, but tonight he was pissy because his coworker had taken an overlong break, so he was alone in the deli. I watched 4 people storm off because of how slowly he was going. But that wasn't even what got me. I don't know if this guy was sick or just pissed, but every time he would go to weigh someone's item, he would cough on it... unwrapped, right as it's on the scale that puts it at face height. I mean, his mouth's got to be less than a foot away. He wasn't coughing at any other time during the 45 minutes I stood there, but like clockwork he would cough right on each item he weighed. Eventually his coworker returned, and by the grace of God, that's who helped me. Seriously though, if anyone from giant reads this, please reassign this clown to a different job. Maybe he can turn the rotisserie chicken or something. The day I see him elsewhere, I will delete this and leave this store a 5 star review.

Some of the workers are nice and some are not nice, but there is this one lady that works over in the customer service area she is really helpful and she's really nice every time I go in there and she's always nice she never changes, but there's another lady that works over here too was really rude and I had to call a manager on her one time.

I used to like this Giant until they decided customer service was a very, very low priority. I am all for technology and appreciate that they put in self checkout stations, but not at the expense of deciding they could then shut down every single checkout lane with a human except for one! As you can see from the pictures, every single lane was closed and four employees were gathered behind the checkout station talking. I even tried to do self checkout but they didn’t update their machines to get rid of the “place your item back in the bagging station” feature so it gets locked up every two seconds. I had a lot of items so I went into a line and had to stand there waiting for 15 minutes. The only saving grace at this store was the kind, helpful and courteous Leslie who helped me check out. I won’t be returning to this store and if this is Giant’s new policy, which it appears to be trending towards, I will take my business to a more customer-friendly supermarket like Whole Foods.

A few things I enjoy was getting the fresh baked Italian loaf of bread. Less than a year ago it was $1.29 loaf. I went in yesterday it was $2.99 a loaf!! Okay! Inflation ! But this loaf is now half the size! Is $.10 cents of dough really worth you losing customers? I understand the rise in costs. But half the size??

It is time for Giant to change their policy regarding coupons and discount offered on the Giant App. I have been shopping at this location since its inception and have had discussions with store personnel about my displeasure with the app, its coupons, and the fact that the app discriminates against the poor and elderly. Today was the last straw. There are 4 coupons for Smithfield bacon, one for each different flavor and type with a limit of one per coupon. When I got to checkout the coupons I clipped didn’t show up in the app and was then told by store personnel that I could only use one of the coupons. I left and did not complete my order and went shopping at another chain. I spoke to the store manager Ginger about this matter and voiced my displeasure with the app, Giants policy with coupons, and the fact that the app is discriminatory. The elderly do not use apps like the younger generations do, nor do people that can’t afford smart phones. When you offer a discount to one set of customers and not another, that is the definition of discrimination. Either offer the discount to everyone or don’t offer it. I am so fed up with this practice I am not sure if I will go back until changes are made. I have also deleted my Giant app. I would have given you a one star review, but I gave you 2 stars because Ginger is a great manager. Unfortunately, her hands are tied by corporate.

I HATE going to the self check out lanes at this location!!! The big chick that was working at the self check out lanes had her eyes locked in on me and the black lady across from me 😡she kept coming over to me! And looking back at the other black lady😡They profile in there all the time! WATCH YOUR WEIGHT SIS NOT US!

I am very unhappy with the Giant Direct at this location. I have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt when they repeatedly forget an entire bag of my order or miss items. I waited 20 minutes for someone to bring my order to my car. I do not usually complain, and there have been times things ran smoothly. I do not believe I will be using the Giant Direct service at this store again. I really enjoyed the convenience of saving time, but at this rate I am missing items/waiting in the parking lot just as long.

I have been shopping at this store for years and yet each time I approach the deli it still is a challenge depending on who is there. I also never know what the actual hours are because no matter what time I go they seem to be closed and if you ask it seems you have broken some rule or are a burden just for asking a question.I have been using the app to order ahead to be able to be able to pick up my items but even then it seems at times I do not get the right amount or the way I requested.I totally get that being in customer service is hard and even worked at a deli years ago but honestly some of the workers just make me truly feel unwelcome to approach the counter and question if I really need to purchase anything at this store. It is sad because the other stores I have been at are different and the workers are friendly and kind. I am thinking about finding a new place to go for my deli items.

The bigger lady with messed up teeth beyond lazy. Instead of talking to the Muslim lady and complaining when she there she should try working. The bakery is never stocked when she is there. And she will not bring anything from the back even if you see it. Very lazy

The employees are very friendly. Problem is that I am a Rotate product type of person. The past few times I have shopped here there are plenty of expired dates on products. I have mentioned it to the customer service department. They don't seem that concerned. If you can't return expired products then don't sell expired products. Just my thoughts.

I was here this evening with my daughter grocery shopping. My child got hurt with a shopping cart. Well we ran to the bathroom to clean up her foot which was bleeding a lot. Bathroom is a DUMP, no paper towels. I had to use my mask to clean up her foot. Then rush to the first aid aisle to get her a band aid. No one who worked there looked concerned. It is a disgrace.

We absolutely love this Giant location. Staff is friendly and they’re doing a great job taking necessary precautions to keep their customers safe. Well stocked and a lot of variety. They have very cute seasonal items as well. Love their bakery too.

Nice, clean store with helpful folks. There is a nice special young man who gathers the carts who will help you with your groceries and talk your ear off-but very nice and happy. He will leave you smiling. I like this Giant location in Spring House more than most

This is my favorite store in my area. Other Giant stores are closer to where I live but its definitely worth the extra couple miles. Always well stocked. Store is spotless. Employees always friendly and helpful. Quiet atmosphere makes for relaxing visit.

Sometimes the line to check out is just nuts here. They have a good selection, better than some smaller Giant locations, and even have some products I haven't seen at other Giants. Decent parking lot. All the employees I've interacted with have been really nice and helpful.

Giant is always wonderful. Picking up a flash order and found out had ordered from different store. Staff was very helpful sorting it out quickly and gave directions to the correct store.

Clean store, friendly and helpful staff. They always have what I am looking for. They have a great playing area in the corner by the self check outs that kids seems to really enjoy --- it used to be a place for them to color but it seems that it's been expanded to a variety of toys too. Thumbs up to Spring House Giant for overall a great shopping experience.

Nice store & great staff!! I was very disappointed that I came to the store at 9:50 pm on Monday night (6/26/2003) and found the doors locked. I knocked on the glass as I saw people in the store still shopping. I can not imagine this is excepable

Only stopped in to look for the store brand 1 or 2% lactose free milk. No luck! This is the 3rd Giant I've tried. Guess I'll have to try Acme, Fresh Grocer or Whole Foods. Don't like Lactaid milk since it's too sweet for me.

If you have been to one they are all pretty much the same. I always think I can save time by checking myself out but one glitch or another seems to make it a longer or more tedious process. No longer 24 hour which was a draw for me. Produce is usually pretty good and diverse. Very large store. Selection is average for a store of it's kind. However,that can also be overwhelming.

Excellent Service. They will help you find anything by taking you to it or getting it for you.This store is close to home and I visit whenever I need something.I shop twice a week.Someone always puts the bags in the car for me and takes the cart back. This helps me as my knees and hip hurt alot.
