The worst service I ever experienced. There are 3 people in the pharmacy ignoring all the people in line. They always take forever to fill a prescription and they are always rude. I go out of my way to go to another cvs so I don’t have to deal with them.

Terrible experience every time I go. Drive through is never open "due to staffing issues".... Go inside and there's 5 workers. Had to get my prescriptions transferred here because urgent care sent them to the wrong CVS and now I have to wait 3 hours? After spending an entire hour getting them transferred. Everyone there moves so slow. If you are ever in dire need of your medication. Go somewhere else

Was ok. The item I wanted was restricted & needed someone to unlock it. Since no one was available, I tried a similar product that wasn't restricted. Clean store.

I have made 3 separate trips to pick a prescription... closed for lunch, closed at 2, closed (I forget the third reason). The worst. Moving my prescriptions. In the same shopping center as Whole Foods, which I go to all the time...no more. I will go out of my way to avoid.

I arrived this morning at 7am, the time stated the store opens. Door was locked, no one there yet. No problem I wait a few minutes and a guy shows up and unlocks the doors. I go in and he’s at the counter. It’s just him and I with no music on yet etc. I say loud enough to hear “good morning” no reply just crickets. I get it was early, you were late, however it’s no excuse to be rude and ignore someone saying good morning. Manners and good customer service go a long way!

I find the Staff at Spring House CVS to go out of their way to accommodate their customers needs! I couldn’t be happier that I have CVS covering my prescription needs!

This is unfortunately my closest CVS and I can say in years I've only successfully picked up a prescription without problems here once. Ive been told my prescription was ready just to show up and its not. Ive had vaccine appointments that basically meant nothing because of long wait times. They arbitrarily change their hours and update only on a handmade sign on the drive thru rather than the website. Most recently they decided to close their drive thru...with no notice but a handmade sign... a special treat for parents with sick kids sleeping in the back.

Bought a set of dry erase markers here that did not work. Wanted to simply exchange them for a set that worked, but they would not let me because I didn't have ID for them to scan. Had the original receipt, with the original product that had the barcode on it, and the gift card that was used. Absolutely ridiculous. So, they basically get you to pay for subpar quality products and then won't let you exchange them...

The CVS located in Springhouse,PA has the most amazing,knowledgeable Pharmacists , and Pharmacy staff.Amol one of the pharmacists is caring,kind,friendly, and will always answer all of your questions concerning your medications.The Store staff members are also extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.I would never change my Pharmacy. I highly recommend that if you live near this CVS Pharmacy,Use It!!!!!

Pharmacy staff was awful! Because my insurance is BASED out of NJ they told me I had to go to NJ for my flu shot. Tech was rude, pharmacy manager was more interested in an employee who came to visit than helping me . I went to 2 other pharmacies to double check and they had no idea what they were talking about! Got my shot and you lost customers!!!

Unreliable - canceled Covid test via text message. All testing this week canceled. Other local CVS sites same issues. CVS has made public statements bragging about their capacity to handle vaccines, testing, boosters. Clearly not. Don’t offer appointments you can’t keep 🙄

This pharmacy is incredibly useless. My wife and I needed Covid tests for travel. She takes a test, 2 days later is told they can’t process it, and needs to do it again. She does, and no reply after 8 days.I took a Covid test myself, and three days later am told they can’t process the results. I seriously think this place doesn’t actually send off the Covid tests as we took 3 and couldn’t get the results.

HORRIBLE customer service! I came in and asked for nail polish remover that CVS website said they had online. It was not there and the girl working gave ME, the customer, attitude when I asked if she could call the other store! So disrespectful AND rude!!!!!

Relied on them for a covid test before my flight. Received a message saying they couldn't provide a result and needed a new appointment. In the end, I couldn't find another available time and lost my plane ticket.

This is a terrible CVS. Chronically out of stock for common items like children’s Tylenol etc. I bought a CVS brand instead and discovered the medicine had expired 4 months ago. Unreal.
