Very convenient store. Came in today to fill up my rutters coffee cup and it was only 1.26 to fill up a whole 17 oz cup. Also friendly associates! Will be returning!

Boycotting Rutter's Stores beginning right now unless Hoke House in Spring Grove, PA is saved from being demolished ... Rutter's #50 property is right next to the house... Rutter's owns Hoke House.

The Rutter's rewards cards won't scan at most of the pumps, using the screen to put in your Rewards code won't work either and of course sliding the card in the reader won't work. There's at least 1 pump where the Rutter's Rewards card scans no problem but I avoid this location and can never remember which is the magical pump which drives me even more insane.Either the help button at the pumps don't work or they ignore it. So you have to either lose your Rewards discount or go into the store during a pandemic to pay for gas and use your Rewards card. What really kills me is that there was zero problems with the Rewards cards scanning before they updated the pumps like 1 1/2 ago or something. Any other Rutter's location in PA and MD scans my Rutter's Rewards card perfectly fine so it's not user error or my card (and I've tried other rutter's rewards cards as well and those won't work at this location either). It's this cursed location with its only one good card reader and terminal.

They usually have what I'm looking for, and the ATMs usually work. Other than that, the staff is so inconvenienced by customers, and rude. They never say hello, and look genuinely annoyed if you need to pay for your items at the register.... Not sure how else I'm suppsoed to pay for things...

Kudos to both of the women cooking orders right now. 1/18/19 9:18 am. They both deserve a raise.Me and my coworker both stopped here instead of Hardee’s. I was actually making fun of how my coworker was purposely driving past Hardee’s even though I love their breakfast to come here. How I’ve never had anything exceptional from Rutter’s and if anything I’ve always left a little regretful.Today is far from that!My everything bagel was perfectly toasted. (Something no restaurant has achieved ever!)My patty and bacon placed perfectly.My eggs moist and not dried out.Hash browns hot and not burnedSalt pepper and oregano was perfect as well.I feel like they made my food as if they were going to eat it themselves.There is literally nothing bad about my whole order!I didn’t even wait too long for it and it was semi busy!!If anyone from corporate is reading this please come and watch what these two lovely women are doing and use them as an example for training at all the locations. All the Rutter’s stores have timers and pre portioned, almost as if the employee can’t mess up the food. But every time I get food from every other locations it is sub par or acceptable never outstanding. But some how the food I received from here was so amazing I had to get on here and write a review. It’s worth looking into!

fist time going to this rutter's i am new to spring grove and need it milk for my daughter and something to take for lunch for work and whe going to pay the lady in the front literally pulled the stuff from my hands and look at me thinking i was going to steel it like i am the poor to steel a gallon of milk and a sandwich never going back to this place and to add to the combo the place is disgusting very dirty and nasty every wear

Literally probably the worst rutter's in PA! Never has what you need an drinks are coated in a white powder no idea how they sell those dirty tea's.

Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not. There's no consistency in how they prepare their food. Other Rutter's locations have more consistency than this one does.. Rutter's Corp reached out and I emailed them. Never received a response.

My ideal weekend night is cruisin’ down through The Grove to this wonderful establishment. I opt for the Sour Gummy Worms everytime...they make me feel a certain way. I can’t explain it. It’s a feeling of euphoria. I feel this tingle in my brain, and I suck on them until they no longer can provide me the excitement I look for. I paid this with Icelandic Glacier Aqua. Bottled at the source of Switzerland, and I must say, these two together make me feel like I’m being kissed by the lords of dragwanar.
