I have stopped in to pick up my prescription several times, and the place was closed. I’m talking about the pharmacy. As I came up to the counter and asked to have my prescription filled, the young lady told me I would have to come back after their break. They all left at the same time and are taking a 30 minute long break. They closed the doors and roll the windows down. They have a 2.0 star rating. That’s bad and it was earned obviously . The staff Mem ever was obviously irritated and I was clueless. Until the told me to come back in 30Minutes.

Working for Rite Aid has been so amazing! The people I work with make our team so inviting and make work so much fun while being productive and staying busy. Being a part of the team has enabled me to help many people have a great experience at our pharmacy. A sense of community is so important when looking for a place to work, and I wouldn’t dream of working anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I get all my prescriptions filled here. Staff is amazing and polite. They do stay busy, so typically, there is a line inside or drive-through. Staff works quickly to make sure everyone is taken care of in a timely manner.

Tha pharmacy staff is so rude,I needed my life saving medication and it was not filled. When I went in to the pharmacy and asked about it they told me to "just sit and wait" and after it was filled I asked for the manager and they said "you have your prescription so just leave". I called the 1-800-rite aid number and was told I would be hearing back from them about this, well, it's been a month and haven't heard a word.

I go to this store twice a month and I am treated excellent by staff they are always very busy and I have seen customers be very rude to the them Lisa is great always professional and fast overall staff is excellent

I don’t understand the negative comments… maybe because I was a lead tech at cvs so I know how pharmacies work but the staff there is like every pharmacy staff, overworked and underpaid. They do the best they can and I appreciate them. I have been going there every months for about 6 months and have never had a problem. Then again, I also don’t wait to the last minute to call in my meds in the off chance that they are not in stock….this place is great and if you disagree I’m sure they won’t be sad to see your negative energy go elsewhere.

Extremely rude pharmacy staff. I was so disappointed by my visit to this location. This was my first visit to this pharmacy and I will be switching back to CVS in Hanover.I don’t understand how someone can give them a good rating because they have rationalized poor service to being underpaid.I have never had the kind of rude and unprofessional service I experienced at the Rite Aid at CVS. I would rather the inconvenience of the drive time for myself for better service.

Rite Aid Pharmacy is conveniently located in my neighborhood. The sales associates at this location offer customer service that is second to none. The staff, Denise, Kim, Ashley, Lucy, & Lourdes are always Friendly, Kind and Helpful! Great place to transact business. TONY

Due to this experience and other experiences that have similarly occurred prior to this at this specific pharmacy location, we are tremendously dissatisfied with the pharmacy services professionalism. My family and I utilize this rite aid location explicitly based on convenience of the stores location in relation to our home. If we could switch to another store with similar proximity to our home, regardless of whether it would be a rite aid or other pharmacy, we would. That is the level of frustration we have due to this experience.There are numerous items that displease my wife and I this day and others. This occasion demonstrated blatant discrimination of deafness as well as rudeness toward us in picking up our medicine. We understand that during busy times prescriptions can take longer to fill. However, I was told over the phone that our prescription was ready when we called in earlier in the day with the intent of making one trip out. When we arrived at the drive though, we were then told that the pharmacist did not fill them yet. We were informed by the pharmacy assistant that they wouldn't be filled for another 4 to five hours. I explained that we had called in prior and that we only wanted to make one trip out due to low funds and gas in our car. The pharmacist then joined by the side of the assistant pharmacy tech and both were at the point of yelling from inside the pharmacy at my wife and I in our vehicle. The small microphone only caught the voice of the assistant, however I could hear in the background the pharmacist yelling that she had flu shots and other things to do which required us to wait. We would have been understanding more had my wife not been on the cell phone for an emergency with her primary care physician's office which picked up the loudness of the exchange from the passenger seat. The office staff of her primary care on the line even thought it was my wife yelling at them, but we affirmed it wasn't and hung up to call back later, even though it was an emergency call.I am sure the type of professionalism that is required from someone with a pharmaceutical degree is beyond this exchange. I know as a professional in the healthcare field myself that nothing is more important than the respect and trust of a patient. Those ideals were extremely eroded by this and other prior offenses from this pharmacy. However, we have no authority to act in such a way that allows for how disrespected we feel. Therefore, the only thing we could do in this case is write to the survey on the receipt to explain these events more thoroughly to feel gratification in releasing the responsibility to the establishment. I encouraged an updated evaluation on the pharmacist as far as mannerisms and discrimination would disqualify that person in this vital of a field from properly performing their duties.

Very Rude Pharmacist. Transferring my prescriptions that I have had there for over 15 years. Maybe she should talk quieter if she is going to talk about customers with them sitting pretty far away but can still hear her loud and clear.

Do NOT use this pharmacy! Prescription was sent in at 9 AM and was still not able to given a time window to pick up at 12:30 as to when it would be ready. I had prescription released and New Oxford was able to fill it within 20 minutes. Spring Grove is absolutely the rudest and unprofessional interactions I’ve ever had at a pharmacy. We most definitely will be driving an extra 15-20 minutes to go to a different location

Hammie bit me. Then he proceeded to do a weird noise at me. I have no clue what do about any of this. But yeah this place be Gucci. Except when that Steelers fan Kelli is here she tends to growl at me. It scares me. Like i tend to growl at people but not like her. Also it’s a shame I never see My girlfriend’s best friend who works here. (Hi Alex) we work the same days and idk. Maybe it’s for the better like a black hole may appear or something with the amount of awesomeness in one spot.But yeah. Pharmacy be Gucci.

We have the flu, went to get our prescription of tamiflu. I go to the counter the lady tells me it's not ready yet, I ask if she can give us an idea of how long it'll take since we are terribly sick. She said it'll be a bit, how long is a bit? Then my boyfriend tries to go up and get his prescription the PHARMACIST asked his name then walks away. So we just sit and wait, the pharmacist then looks past her computer at us, I wave she then says what are you waiting on. OUR PRESCRIPTION, we were the only ones there. If you can't be courteous to sick customers then don't work retail

Worst Rite Aid Pharmacy In the area WOW! Kelly is an extremely Unpleasant, Rude, Unprofessional Pharmacist. Horrible Customer Service I will NEVER get a prescription filed there again. I was told prescriptions would be ready in 20 minutes, drove back an hour later was told by Kelly that it would be another hour because she has vaccines ahead of me! I sat and waited, she administered NOT 1 Vaccine in 30 minutes. Disgusted!

It offends me that my local store went from appearing to be inclusive to the gay community, to removing all their pride flags because a straight customer complained in front of me the other day that they should be taken down and now they have been! I was so disappointed because I love the customer service I get, specifically at the pharmacy! Corporate needs to get it together. If they can just take down a flag because someone is offended then I expect they will remove the American flags in July when another customer complains about those instead!

The worst pharmacy ever!! I have went over 11 days without medicine since they had to order it. I have been on it over 2 years. Now was told medicine that was sent in at 1:30 was not ready at 3. To come back on a hour it would be ready. At 7:00 had to sit and wait for 2 to be filled and 1 couldn’t be filled because the pharmacist had to check them. She had to check the 2 that just got filled while I waited. They never filled them to begin with. but she couldn’t check the last 1? They are short staffed no pile up of bins were sitting by her computer. Asked what time should he come back tomorrow oh call around 11. Are you serious!?! I hope nobody needs life threatening medicine from them or they may not get it in time!!!! Kelli the Pharmacist is by far rude and not customer friendly as I had to deal with earlier this week...

I am leaving a review because I cannot believe how horrible the pharmacist at this Rite Aid is. (Kelly i believe is her name...working the morning of 12.11.18) Angela, the assistant was friendly and helpful, but the pharmacist refused to admit that she entered the wrong insurance information and refused to try a second time or let Angela try a second time when it was declined. She then belittled her employee in front of all of the customers and asked if she had stuttered. WOW. How do you treat your employees like that? BTW....CVS filled the RX in 5 minutes and there was NO insurance issue at all. Great way to lose loyal customers and ALL their business.

If I could give this Pharmacy zero stars I would. Never, and I have worked in customer service for a long time, have I ever had so many rite aid associates complain of being short staffed. Antibiotics for a child. Any other pharmacy 10 minutes max. This one first complained that they only had two people all day, proceeded to tell me that it was their busy time and went on to give me an hour wait for a child’s liquid antibiotic. When I asked if they could send it to another pharmacy I was told the other pharmacy would have to call them. Side note The “other” pharmacy I went to, told me this was not a normal practice. Took them 35 minutes to reach anyone at Rite Aid but filled the script on the spot. 3 minute wait when I was called. I will never walk in there again.

May not be the fastest pharmacy if you’re in the drive-up line to fill medications but their workers are super friendly! They always fill my medications very quickly and send over refill requests to my doctors immediately. I really like Bobbi-Jo! I enjoy the staff so I stick with Rite Aid, SG.

Nice clean establishment, good workers. Pretty much every pharmacy you go to will take a few minutes to fill your medicine, people don’t know how much work goes into what they do behind the counter.I’ve had good experiences here. Just be patient and kind.

I have been waiting behind one person for so long in the drive thru pick up I am starting to think the pharmacy is being robbed. If the guy hadn’t been so rude during drop off I would maybe call the police to help them.But in all seriousness, this place is unlike any pharmacy I’ve dealt with. The rudeness and wait time is unacceptable. Never again. I’ll drive 15 further before I come back here.

This Pharmacy is TERRIBLE, everytime I use it i have to call for hours just to even make sure they filled my meds then they are very rude on top of it have massive attitudes and look down on me for the meds I take....not happy if I had a car I'd definitely use a different Pharmacy

I really hate when I have to use this Rite Aid. I've never used a pharmacy that's so unorganized and SLOW. Doesn't matter if you go inside or use the drive thru, this pharmacy is painful and the employees are in serious need of some time management training and customer service skills.

The store is great but the pharmacy unreal! The drive thur wait is ridiculous and even the wait inside! I've dropped my meds off ahead of time and have come back hours later when I was told to pick up, not ready. Had to wait another 15-20 mins! I've even spoken to the area store manager and she said give us time we're looking at hiring new people, well months later no better. Very frustrating!

If I could give them a zero I would. I went to pick up a script for my child who had a severe inner ear infection and the rude pharmacist told me she would not fill the antibiotic because they were to busy and I would need to come back the next day to pick it up.
