there is often only one or two employees working and you have to wait for someone to come up to a register. if no one sees you approach the register with your things, you have to call out for someone to come to the front to check out your items. rolltainers everywhere, blocking entire isles to the point where you can’t get what you need and need to squeeze past other people. even went in once wanting to use the bathroom, which was also blocked by carts and rolltainers. I will say that I don’t think this is an employee issue, but rather a staffing one. employees are typically friendly and helpful but there simply are not enough people working this location to get the work done. probably won’t frequent this store anymore even if I have to drive out of my way a little. never know what isles I’ll be able to get to and how long it’ll take for me to be able to check out my things since employees are always busy.

Just stopped in to get my son some sinus medication. Rolltainers were everywhere,people could barely get through the isles. I went up to the register and started putting in my phone number for digital coupons. The cashier screamed at me stating that that store doesn't accept digital coupons on the app. What the heck. Also she was telling customers that they couldn't buy gift cards, because it would "knock her out of the system". If I could give a negative rating I would.

Very friendly people working here. Store is a little cluttered though like they need some help stocking or something. This store also closes earlier than other dollar stores around. Nice clean fully stocked store! Maybe there should be stipulations on how many disruptive annoying students should be allowed in at once. I could hardly do my shopping because of a heard of rapping teenagers.

Nothing is ever stocked. Carts of merchandise in every single aisle. Christmas stuff out while fall stuff is still in the carts. You can’t even get to most of the necessities as they’re being blocked

2021:I get stores don't have stock - that's on Biden. But when the little stock you do have is in the wrong location, that's on the store (these weren't one-offs as if people put them back in the wrong location)2020:So torn. Typically was my first stop before hitting the vegie and meat store, and I always took full advantage of the '5 off 25' coupons. But, more and more the shelves are empty, and the isles are filled with unpacked product such that you can't even navigate your cart around them. Looks like i'll have to start comparing the Family Dollar up the street (which is right next to the grocery store anyway). I will miss the '5 off 25', unless F.D. has something similar.

One female employee (I believe she’s a key holder or manager of some kind) constantly outside smoking while other employees are working. Today she was outside and she smoked two cigs in a row as she was putting one out on my way into the store and had a fresh one lit when I left. Store is almost always in disarray and there’s a section of shelf lined with items that are still in their boxes and it’s been that way for months - fire her, she doesn’t do her job and leaves employees alone in the store all the damn time.

This store is pretty organized most of the time. The prices are reasonable and there's not many stores to choose from. I buy some of my groceries there, that I can get it at Kenny's store but the prices are much higher.

Shop here frequently for convenience. Store ALWAYS has carts of merchandise to be stocked blocking many shelves, aisles which makes it difficult to shop. Prices are obviously good.

A lot of items for fixing up the house and yard. I also check the dates on the food and purchase quite a few of items there before I go to the grocery store. We are retired so I definitely look for bargains.
