The worst pharmacy I have ever had to get meds from. I called last night to check on my prescription and by the time I got there today they told me I had to wait 30 minutes to receive my medication because they had put it back. Completely rude staff and I would not ever fill with them.

The store is fine but the pharmacy is terrible. There's only one person in the pharmacy area who has ever been pleasant. The rest are miserable. They made an error refilling my Rx and because I left the store without checking it, they would not take it back or refund my money. It was their mistake. The person working the consultation / service desk couldn't possibly care less.

Changed pharmacyI found CVS (especially) the person at counter and on phone to take care of my switch from Rite Aid to CVS.And a mix up caused by RA.Pleasant, Knowledgeable and followed thru.Looking good so far.1000% better then RA

I liked it until I counted my Tramadol pain meds and found I was shorted 5 pills and there was no label on the bottle???!!! What is this! I shouldn't have to count my med Now I will have to do without the meds intended for my Multiple Sclerosis pain. P.$ I called and luckily they take pictures of the counting and in fact saw I was 5 short. They filled the 5 promptly

A receipt for $100 of merchandise didn't print, the register roll wasn't connected, it turned out. Cashier blamed me for "missing" a prompt. There was no prompt, I would have seen it like for other CVS purchases I've made. Same cashier said it was my fault they couldn't print it for me because it was after 10 and they were closing. She said "I should have been home by now." I said that I worked in retail for 10 years and never spoke to a customer like that. If I didn't have to pull 10 bags of candy that expired off a peg to get 2 unexpired ones for neighbor kids maybe it wouldn't have been after 10. I had told her when she told me they were closing about the expired products. Unfazed. Hard to get decent help, I get that. This was a nasty and smart-mouthed young person. It's still surprising to come across that type of employee.

This CVS is so understaffed it’s ridiculous. BE AWARE The pharmacy has modified hours and occasionally the entire store will just close early without warning. When the pharmacy is open the drive thru is closed and the line inside is long. If you are handicap please be aware you will probably have to wait and stand to pick up your medication. The store itself is horribly under stocked half the time and the checkout machines are terribly calibrated and almost always require an override from a staff member who is usually elsewhere in the store because they are understaffed and cashiers end up stocking shelves.TL:DR avoid this CVS at all costs, you’ll spend less time going to a different pharmacy or another CVS slightly farther away.

Was at CVS 3425 schuylkill road spring city pa. today at pharmacy counter, an elderly lady was asking pharmacist about getting her prescription, the lady said my papers show I have more refills, the pharmacist said I don't care what your papers say, Iam checking my computer, the lady told her these are the papers printed off cvs web site. pharmacist then came to counter and yelled what is your problem while grabbing the paper work from the lady,pharmacist then shouted I'm stressed out and why are you arguing with me. then one of the other customers said she is not arguing with you. pharmacist then went back to her counter behind the counter and shouted she is not going to fillprescription and told her to get out of her store. I could not believe a pharmacist would talk to some one like that. If she is that stressed out she should not be filling prescriptions as she might be making mistakes. I am definitely going to find anotherpharmacy. rate that store at a minus 10 stars

While my experience at many CVS in this area (phoenixville, Audubon, spring City) is not the greatest. I will say that they tend to be understaffed. And in turn, the staff they have is overworked. Meanwhile handling a lot of rude customers who don't understand the level of stress those employees are going through. I commend the skeleton Crew that has kept these locations going. I really hope that the higher ups at CVS reward these employees in some way. There are a few employees I've seen there on a regular which tells me they actually about the job they do enough to make sure the store stays open.I have seen some really rude customers every time I have gone to these locations and I can't comprehend the level of rudeness and ignorance of those particular customers.. I understand that things are not going exactly as you planned. And that it is very important for people to get there prescriptions for themselves and/or their family. However, very rarely is it ever directly the fault of that employee you're being rude to.So because I can empathize and I know what it's like to work in retail with self entitled extremely rude customers, I can not give them 1 star. But CVS corporate needs to help these locations and I hope they value the employees they have. Because I've seen some rude customers in my life. But the rudest ones I've ever seen have been at CVS. I thought it was just an isolated incident. But it seems like 70% of the time I go to the stores I encounter at least one in line with me. Hopefully this post helps bring awareness to both rude employees and the understaffing issue.

I'd give zero stars if that was an option. Leaving one girl to run the whole pharmacy with people lined up to the other side of the store and nobody answers the phone. Waited over an hour for my script that should've been ready. So disappointed that CVS would do their staff like this. Close the pharmacy if you don't have the help. Too many locations and spread too thin. Would like to see the big wigs step up here but we all know they are just there to collect a check.

I was contacted by text to contact the pharmacy. I tried calling 5 times for a total of 7 hrs. and no one picked up the phone on Sat I drive to CVS with my phone still on hold when called to the counter I asked if this number was correct they confirmed it was. I asked if they just don't pick up or do they have a time that is best to call. So I asked what they needed to fill my scrips and they did not know I ended up leaving and now waiting for them to contact me again. They shouldn't ask people to contact them if they have a policy to not pick up. Very poor customer service.

Would give a zero if I could. Came to pick up my prescription medication on Sunday 12/11/22 at 4:15 pm and the entire store was closed. This is THE WORST CVS ever. They are never open when their posted hours say they will be. How is this ok, CVS? People count on you for life saving medicine and it doesn’t seem to matter to you.

A horrible experience. Waited 54 minutes. For the second time in a row, the prescription that was supposed to be ready hadn't even been started. Not enough help. It appears that CVS is trying to get by on the cheap and milk this location. While it is near my home, I could have driven a bit further and been home well before the time it took. This place used to be okay, but something has happened in the last few months.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. STEER CLEAR of THIS PLACE! Pharmacy lines are out the door!!! I waited in line for 4 hours today, even brought my own lawn chair to wait in line. They shut off their phone in the pharmacy and closed the drive-thru for lack of staff. The line at pharmacy was 15-25 people deep and did not move for hours, the store was closing at 6 and I was still waiting so I was not able to get my medication for the second day in a row because of the HORRENDUS lack of help.

Self Checkout only! I don’t work here. I don’t want to check out my own stuff. The Self Checkout malfunctioned many times so a person needed to be by my side anyway. No Customer service. The Pharmacy was SWAMPED!!! Looked like 2000 prescriptions sitting to be picked up and 10 people in line. They need more help. The pharmacist is visibly frazzled. The turn of the phones and close the drive thru. Unacceptable. I hope corporate reads these reviews. They are in desperate need.

Horrible experience. MANY angry customers. 7 waiting in line for scripts, 6 cars waiting in drive through for scripts. They are going to self checkout...no customer service reps up front. Really? Who manages this place? Will be moving my scripts cause the pharmacy was closed due to pharmacist calling out.

Never ever has prescriptions done on time or when they say they'll be ready. Happened on multiple occasions. They don't even check their voicemail where dr.s leave call-ins for scripts. I had to tell them to check it & then they said 1.5 hrs. Callee back and said another 30 mins. Went an hour later and STILL wasn't ready. Not coming back here anymore.

The pharmacy is horrible! I came to pick up medication 2 times and both times they messed it up and confused me! The pharmacist is very rude!! I wouldn’t trust her filling anymore medication for me. Switching out asap!

Called the store 3 times, each time no one picked yo the phone, and I waited at least 10 minutes each time. That is me waiting on the phone for 30 minutes and still have not been helped. I physically called in my RX on Thursday morning and still have not been notified that it is ready. That is ridiculous and unacceptable. I am very dissatisfied with this service.

I'm giving this store one star because I cannot give it zero stars. Exceptionally long wait times (10-15 minutes when busy) at this store while waiting at the pharmacy counter with no acknowledgement that you even exist. As a matter of fact, minimal interaction even when being waited on. This was not a one off experience. I've already moved my info to another store because I refuse to step foot in this store ever again.

I went for a very bad neck pain and ask the pharmacist for a muscle relaxant that was compatible with breastfeeding...ask if Aleve was ok and his answer was “I dont know”. He did not try to help or look in his cumputer to find out, very unprofessional. Do not recommend to go at that CVS for any medical questions as it looks like they do not know what they are taking about.

Very hit or miss service here. My medical plan wants us to go to CVS. I tried Phoenixville CVS and it was dreadful. One lady behind the pharmacy counter was chronically rude. Everyone there seems overworked/unhappy. Spring City is better by comparison.
