Prices are high and staff is unfriendly. I live 1 mile away and drive 30 miles to get feed elsewhere. I don't expect people to kiss my bottom but I do expect marginal friendliness afterall without their customers their is no business. I spend $3000 a month on feed I don't think expecting a simple hello and perhaps half a smile is too much to ask.

I have been getting all of my grain from Platt's Mill since 2015.I am completely satisfied with the quality of grain, knowledgeable staff, available feed, and price.They are under new ownership, but most of the same employees and still great service for local farmers'

Generous parking area and quick service. Loaded up feed for an Amish chicken operation, without a problem. The men who loaded it paid attention to my preferences for placement of the load. Don't go here often, but expect it to be a good place to do business.
