Wow, best experience I've ever had with an automotive section. Got my oil changed tire's rotation wipers on no appointment very quickly for me. I appreciate it was able to go get my haircut as well. And do some shopping while I waited best experience in a long time.

I like this Walmart overall. The store's employees are usually pretty helpful, reliable, and acknowledge the customers.The store is also known to be well stocked and stays busy.It's kept clean for how busy it stays.However, this stores online fulfillment team needs work. Many times, I've had my orders substituted, so I began denying the substituted items and going into the store and finding the items the associates said they didn't have.The other negative aspect of this store is that the parking lot and entry to the lot have potholes the size of craters from the moon. Seriously, a family of four could move into these potholes.Please fix the parking lot. Walmart, nobody likes it.

We were only there for an hour and a half in the electronics section trying to purchase a phone. It ended up not working for some reason. Hallelujah though we got a refund. We’ve just had better experience elsewhere. Oh the smell of crack in the air.

Prices are constantly going up & down. The personal shoppers don't even move to let you by and they don't have a clue how to pick produce. My produce is always rotten and my items are especially the milk I always buy expires the same day I pick it it. Absolutely ridiculous!!

The store itself isn't bad but whoever is stocking this store really needs to do better. I travel to Mount Pleasant walmart and Greensburg even to get groceries sometimes cause they run out of stock of so many items. One being milk. How!? It's milk! I've never seen a store run out of milk since covid but this one does it more regularly then should be allowed. When somerset walmart is out of stock I check the other walmarts in the surrounding areas none of them have this issue like somerset. So many things out of stock like this needs addressed.

Walmarts are crazy and busy as always just makes it frustrating to get around an unorganized parking lot. Employees were mainly just standing around not welcoming, not trying to help at all. Asked for help a couple of times because no one was at their center. Not to kind or friendly either.

Honestly, I'm over Walmart. Most of the employees, no matter which Walmart you go into, are just rude. So often, I've gone into Walmart searching for answers to a problem with a product I've purchased, and I've come out with a bigger problem due to arrogant and self-righteous employees. I've gotten to the point where I no longer return or simply go to Walmart unless I absolutely have to.

Low to no stock. Out of stock on most all essential items. (tp, ppr twl, lysol, etc).Still low on stock. But magically Halloween & Christmas items make it to be fully stocked.2/15/23 still going thru under stock/out of stock items

June 16, 2022. Called about an hour before closing to confirm overnight RV parking was allowed. First customer service rep did not know and had to get someone. Second rep confirmed but stated it was for one night only and we were to park as far away from the store as possible. I can confirm an earlier report that the parking lot is severely sloped and that there is a lot of traffic zipping through the lot. Spent a pretty penny in the morning.

Waited in the parking lot for over 25 minutes for my online order. Never had any problems with Walmart before. I love shopping with Walmart in-store and online. But that is ridiculous.

This is the worst Walmart store I have ever been to located on North Center Avenue in Somerset. The employees are SO rude here. It's not just one it's all of them. They don't honor the price that's on the shelf anymore. And most the prices don't match up to what the shelf price says then to what it scans as. It's a complete joke. Get some new employees. Oh and all the women working in the pharmacy are stalkers in the store and act so weird with you. Especially that blonde girl she's so creepy. Stay away!!!!

I love that this little town Walmart doesn't make you feel like a criminal looking through the stuff you just rung up and paid for. They have sales/clearances all the time. Most of the employees are amazing and will actually communicate with you.

I drove an hour and a half to get 2 items that weren't stocked near me. They were to be curbside pickup. The link to check in only takes you to the Walmart home page on the app. There was no way to check in. I went into the store and stood in the service counter line till I could talk to a grey haired lady who asked me if I went to the curbside area in a rude manner. I said where is that? She said well havent you been here before? I said actually no, I live an hour and a half a way. She said it's straight ahead....and pointed to an open door with no sign. How would anyone know that's where you were supposed go? Good customer service is everything and this place has none!

Bought tires from the auto center. Less than 3k miles on them and less than a month old and front tires got flats. Stopped in as they asked via phone. All to walk outside and say nothing we can do. Could have told me that on the phone and saved me a trip. Also tires Walmart sells are completely junk. Auto manager openly admitted they are cheap junk tires they sell. Do not recommend using Walmart auto care for your automotive needs.

Electronics need new management. Been in 5+ times looking to buy a phone and they either never have the phones or the person who can sell them isn't there. Feel like the employees are just lazy and don't want to set up the phones. Went through the process with one fella and after an hour was told he didn't have the phone. So I said it's okay I'll just get another one and his response was "I don't even wanna waste your time anymore." You'd think he would want to help a customer that's looking to buy a phone, BUY A PHONE! So then, willing to do the process over again I was told they didn't have that phone either! Obviously frustrated but in dire need of a new phone I asked if I could just purchase one of the SEVEN PHONES ON DISPLAY and not to my surprise was told they didn't have any of those phones either. Something about that situation did not seem right and it seems to be the norm there. Just a disappointing experience EVERY time I go in there. And I mean EVERY TIME. Change needs to happen because this is absolutely unacceptable. The employees were even saying they hated working there because management never had their s*** together. Very disappointed.

Without a doubt the best customer service I’ve ever had anywhere at this Walmart in the Auto section. Mike and the crew came to my rescue when my tire blew out leaving the North Somerset rest station. 1800 and done with appointments and they still offered to take us in for a quick tire change out. I cannot recommend this place more or the quality of people working here!
