I stopped in at the Sheetz store #60, with some ladies from work.Brandon was making the food and handed us the bag when we said that number was ours. I was assisting one of the ladies out of the door. Brandon came out of the door and said, "I am not sure if I put Ketchup in your bag, but here is some, just incase!" We thanked him, as he handed us some Ketchup packets. When we got into our van, the lady (who ordered the food) told me. "He was so nice! You don't meet too many people like that anymore, who go out of their way to make your day!" Brandon, keep up the excellent customer service! We appreciate you!

This is a smaller Sheetz, but that's to be expected since it's in town and away from the turnpike a bit. That said, it's a nice Sheetz. Everything is clean and MTO orders come out fairly quickly and accurate. The parking lot is a little tight, so take care when navigating through the pumps.

I’ve been going to this Sheetz store for years. By far the best one in Somerset. They have a nice selection of food, drinks, and snacks. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, especially Carol and Tina!

What store doesn’t have room temperature water?? I have a 6 month old daughter who is on formula! Everybody knows children cannot drink cold water in formula!! I asked the manager if they had room temperature water as if maybe I missed it! She replied with “not for sale” like really?? Then! My boyfriend decided to see if they had hot water we could put the cold water in to warm it up! He got a cup of hot water and brought it over to me it was pure yellow!!! You guys need to give better customer service!!!

Stopper here to get gas with my mother in law. She prepaid cash. Pump shut off after a few cents. Would not restart. Then they reset it and it shut off 4$ short again. They said there was nothing they could do and sent us on our way without refunding. Ridiculous. Sheetz you stole 4$ from us.

This is on my way to work, I stop here often. Consistently the worse sheetz in our town. Rediculois wait times, messy and empty drink coolers, and cold or just awful food. I've given this place so many chances, but after waiting inline tonight for 20 minutes and still not being close to the checkout counter I left. AWFUL AWFUl

This is one of the very best sheets of hundreds I have been to and it’s in my neighborhood and thank God they have taken down those plastic walls that makes it so hard to understand anybody and are technically biologically useless!!!!
