Great staff here, and they were great serving our big group that showed up all at once with no warning. Servings are big, and prices are low. Lots of signature sundaes. The mini golf next door is great also. A nice atmosphere on a summer evening with the string lights etc.

Unfortunately they have closed for the season. So mark your calendar for 2023, to make sure you try this place out. The ice cream is amazing.... It is so tasty and you can really tell that it's homemade. Get two scoops you deserve it.

Super lovely. We had the dirty mudslide and berry cheesecake hand-dipped, as well as a cone of soft serve. The hand-dipped were both super flavorful. The waffle cones were clearly made in house, and the server was really helpful and walked us through the menu.

My husband and I drove to Molly’s and was looking forward to getting some homemade ice cream and using my $40 gift card he purchased me for Mother’s Day. I placed my order and handed her my gift card. The girl apologized and said that the new owner won’t except their gift cards and changed the system so that the employees couldn’t accept them. Two other employees came over and tried to override the system, but it wouldn’t work. They were very apologetic and stated they have to deny customers their gift cards a lot. I didn’t have cash on me, so had to walk away without my order. This is just poor business! When you buy out a business a keep the name, you are buying the previous owner’s debt! We never went back after this experience! And I lost out on a $40 Mother’s Day gift!

Wouldn't advise you to try the Orange Pineapple Shake!! Was very runny and kinda tasted like yogurt with fruit chunks in.😝😖#notafan Though the rest of the order was fine!

Very disappointed they are not making their own ice cream anymore. I can get a gallon at the store for the price of a two scoop cone. Also was eating my ice cream to almost eat a yellow jacket that was found at the bottom of my cone, the girls working did not seem to care! Was given a refund after I was given attitude as well. Not surprising as the outdoor area is infested with yellow jackets as well.

This place used to be my favorite place in Somerset! Unfortunately, the new owners aren't making the ice cream homemade and they are just serving Gallikers. I tried a s'mores blaster and it was just a vanilla milkshake with mini marshmallows in it, I was really disappointed. I miss the homemade salted caramel ice cream! It was the best!

Bam! You want ice cream, you get ice cream, sundaes, banana splits, milkshakes, etc. Molly's has all the good frozen treats you want. Drive thru or walk up service is available. There's outside seating too. Conveniently located just next door is a mini golf paradise, so you can treat the kiddos to some recreation too. Molly's for fun!

I have been assured that this place hasn't been around since the 50's by people who have lived in the area for many years, but it feels like it's a classic ice cream shop. The portions are HUGE and the prices very good, but most importantly the ice cream is very good quality. Seriously, I don't know why anyone in Somerset would go to Dairy Queen (which isn't bad) when this is available. I am sad that I didn't have the excuse to go back again during my visit. Well worth the very short wait.

Slow service. Took my daughter 3 tries to order since they were out of some options and didn't note it. Kids complained the milkshakes were really thick and hard to drink. Grandfather threw his ice cream away. I got one of the specials and it was pretty good. We probably won't go back due to price and service.

I haven’t had homemade ice cream like this since I was a kid growing up.If you like ice cream, then you’ll love Molly’s homemade ice cream.To find a place like this still in operation today is a real treat that brings back some happy childhood memories.

Molly's is a great stop for soft serve. The girls are so kind to come out to the car at drive thru for your order and then deliver your ice cream treats. More than ample amount with a small cone. Its top heavy so Ask for a cup before it lands in your lap! 😆

A random stop on my drive back to Pittsburgh. Absolutely delicious! Vanilla was heavenly and the salted caramel was unexpectedly delicious. Creamy creamy ice cream. Cannot wait for your 2023 season!

While I was there, there were bees in the building. The employee, who was very friendly, took my order, I paid, then she sprayed the bees (next to the nuts). After she sprayed, she took another order and then made my ice cream. She didn’t wash her hands after handling the money or after spraying the bees, nor did she wear gloves.The ice cream was very good, but I think there should be a review of hand washing and glove wearing when handling food.

I asked for two scoops of chocolate in a waffle cone. The courteous employee said the waffle cones aren’t ready yet. I said what about the deluxe waffle cone. She said she didn’t have those either. I said how about the chocolate cup that the website describes. She said she didn’t have those either. I said then just two scoops of chocolate in a sugar cone. She said, “You mean soft serve?” I said no, hand dipped. She said she didn’t have hand dipped chocolate. I GAVE UP!!!

Mollys is a good soft serve icecream stand. I think the prices are a little high compared to the icecream stand at Jennerstown. The bananna split is defiantly a better buy at Jennerstown, it's a larger portion and a better price. Even with the price of gas is drive to Jennerstown.

Service is great and always with a smile food is good an a big selection of sweet treats that your sure to find something pleasing.Draw back is it's not far enough away from the road plus side is it's good stuff an has a miniature golf nextdoor to help work off everything you just had.

Molly's has great ice cream and cone selection! With new flavors coming and going frequently. I would definitely reccomend swinging by and giving them a try!
