Better when it was over by Giant Eagle. Shelves for wares are sparse at times and items going out are few an far between, yet gaylords of donations overflowing outside. Better prices then the salvation army down the road (and cleaner) but they need to reel back on some items.

The goodwill select is a bunch of Mall brands that are priced like they're brand new and they're selling shein for more than what it costs new.

Messy , unorganized, prices are sky rocketing, what gets me they think they are a boutique. Many broken items tagged which shouldn't even be for sale. Before salvation Army closed, Goodwill tried to keep somewhat decent, now they must think Johnstown people don't have a choice, but we do.

Goodwill prices on special things has really skyrocketed. I never thought goodwill would sell a pair of shoes for $100!?! They had some nice things there but I mean come on it's a goodwill the people who shop there don't want to spend $100 on shoes or $25 on a glass chickens

Men's and women's clothes were all mixed together on the same racks in one big section. This made it very tedious and painstaking to find the clothing items I came for.Furthermore, the prices were by far the highest I have ever seen for old used thrift store clothing. I mean like 3 to 5 times more than the prices I am used to seeing at similar retailers.In summary, I spent 45 minutes looking through the racks of clothes one item at a time because they weren't sorted ... and then walked out empty-handed because the jacket and shirts that I wanted were so expensive.

The hours online do not match the in-store hours.There are no hours on the door, so knowing when they're actually open is a puzzle. I've been here three times, each different days and hours, and they have been closed each time without any indication online or at the store other than the locked doors.

I love the salvation army in Somerset as well but the clothing here at goodwill are a bit more durable and better materials. It's a little more money but still affordable, and well worth it. Also the furniture, salvation has more of it but Goodwill's, is better priced and less scuffs and also better quality in the furniture and also better quality clothes.

The store was very clean and shelves in good order, easy to move throughout the store, no clutter on the floor. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very nice selection of women’s clothing and jewelry. Will definitely be back.

After they moved, I went into the store. It was horrible and disorganized. No sizes on the clothes. They was very little house ware items. The prices seemed to go up higher. Now they almost retail price. Although, the idea of searching for items by weight was appealing idea when I heard about it. I just think it's a waste of space. I won't be going back any more. I will only go to salvation army now.

Very disappointed in the change in the store, I Hate that there are no sizes on the rack clothes you have to look through every piece to find sizes, also the bins with weigh and buy? What the world is that about? I felt like I was at a really bad yardsale. The gate opening into the register? Not a good idea, if there are people at register you are stuck in the cage. I don't understand why you would move to a smaller space? It makes no sense to me. I felt like the only good thing in the new store was the new clothes at the front of the store. Other than that it looked like you took the worse pieces from the old store and that is what you are selling.

Goodwill purchases always stretch money for the family that lives paycheck to paycheck. Not only that; it also helps out a good humane service programs. So whether you donate or buy items, then you are giving something back to your local communities!!

Dumpiest Goodwill I have ever been in and I have been to hundreds. Sign says it is an Outlet store it is not, actually most everything was way over priced.

I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because the recent remodeling has made the store smaller, less attractive inside and higher prices. Otherwise, it's still one of my favorite Goodwill stores!

Prices are too expensive (remember everything is donated) It would be nice to bring back a few blue bins -like a large section was before. Some staff are very rude when you drop stuff off.

Sure not a place to buy cheap stuff anymore. People would be better off donating their stuff to people who need it but can't afford it, or sell it themselves. Very hard to find anything worth buying 2nd here at these ridiculously high prices

Kind of a cool place. They have alot of stuff in this store. Like if you need Halloween costumes for the kids, they have a lot, and cheep. Go check them out

The store lists 7 pm closing but refuse to update there now hours as closing at 6 pm. They change there hours all the time without fail.

I used to go and love the bin option but then they took out the bins and reinvented the store, raised the prices and I had a very bad experience with some rude employees would not recommend stopping by.

This is not a bins store even though it says Goodwill outlet. Overall, a lot of the things are overpriced for a Goodwill.

The sign says "goodwill outlet" but nothing about this is an "outlet" goodwill "outlets" have bins this is just a normal goodwill with questionable prices

Small space & hard to maneuver around especially if people use shopping carts. Have visited 2x & found nothing.
