Pharmacy had multiple walk-in customers and drive through customers and the staff was very helpful and fast. They were very patient with an unhappy customer, explaining calmly what he needed to do. Would definitely recommend using the Somerset location of CVS based on the excellent customer service I experienced.

Exceeding prices, self checkout is a joke. Thank god for the cashier. App removes coupons that are attached to sale items without notice. Check them as soon as you walk through the door cause mine always disappear.

Cashier was VERY rude- refused to look for the price of an item I had a question about - told me to go over to the store scanner and scan the items myself.She also would not refund and ring up order again for my vitamins that was buy one get one free ( so the one bottle was 29.99!)As I was leaving I heard her tell an elderly gentleman she would not sell him a gift card and told him to go!This isn’t the first time I heard this lady tell people she wouldn’t sell gift cards to them. I am cancelling my carepass and never shopping here again

THIS DARK HAIR SKINNY GIRL 19 years old supervisor turned away me from buying a back brace. I asked to see if I could wrap it around and me (outside my shirt) and she acted like I had aides or something. I’m miserable pain but rather than help a customer she would rather be a KERAN! They are all hanging loose in shelf anyways. Wouldn’t have done not hurt to the product. So thanks to her I’m gonna drive to another place to get. What is this generation coming too? It’s crazy! I should have bought them one by one and kept returning them. But I won’t come here no more!! She’s a snobby keran self entitled

This is the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever been to. I don’t think I have ever had my doctor’s office call in an order that has not been messed up. One of my scrips is a narcotic. Filling that is always a three day odyssey. Unfortunately, I have to go there due to insurance. Even the front of the store is a mess. You can be the only customer and still have to walk around the aisles looking for a cashier, as they have them doing double duty as stock clerks.

This CVS is incredibly slow. They have a drive thru that I constantly wait 30+ minutes in line at. Those customer service is absolutely horrible. Do yourself a favor and send your prescriptions elsewhere, otherwise you will constantly be waiting every time you have a prescription to pick up.

Poor customer service. Pharmacist unwilling to make any phone calls to assist a customer- even when requested to do so. Pharmacist insisted to customer do all the leg work to ‘fix’ messed up med record on a customer (patient) who moved into the area and was forced to leave Rite Aid because CVS was the only pharmacy in town.I am glad I will only have to deal with them for a couple of months as I will be moving to another area. I will be more than happy to go back to the reliable service of Rite Aid.Additionally I will be contacting CVS’s main headquarters to also lodge a complaint.

Worthless. Wife had shoulder surgery and after surgery prescription was sent here from hospital to cover her after the nerve block wears off and the pharmacist told me that they wouldn’t have the prescription in till next week! I asked politely can you help me by locating it at another CVS or other pharmacy and all she would say is no it’s a narcotic. Are you freaking kidding me they are handing out free drugs in the leftist dem cities and I can’t even get a courtesy call to help us?

This CVS has really gone downhill. The store is disorganized, dirty and there’s never a clerk around anymore since they put the self scanner in. The pharmacy is now closed for an hour and half every day. Used to be a pleasant experience to shop there. Not anymore.

This location has lost prescriptions that I handed to them from my doctor. They've lost prescriptions that my neurologist called in. Also, they've given less quantity of medications than prescribed (prescribed 90 count seizure meds, bottle said qty 90, but was only given 60. Didn't realize until I ran out). I guess we need to check our orders like a fast foot drive-thru, and count each pill to make sure it's correct. Horrible service.

My local CVS did not have my prescription, and I was heading out of town for the weekend, so I called Somerset to see if they could help since they were on the way. They were friendly and fast at filling it. I wish I could get such service locally...or travel to Somerset each time.

The cashier LISA (old white lady)!!! Literally the rudest person I have ever encountered! Will not speak to you or ask you anything. Just rudely grabs whatever you put in the counter. Today she snatched the Amazon drop off box out of my son’s hands and gave a huff when I asked for a text receipt. It’s always come thing with the cashiers at this store!
