My husband and I were passing through and I wanted to get pretzels for the road. I asked if they had any bites ready yet. The worker behind the counter was very rude answering "we don't open until 10" It was 9:58. Though it was not 10 you could have been polite and not a grumpy old witch. Couldn't help but wonder who peed on her corn flakes this morning.

They were the only auntie Anne's open in 200 miles on the turnpike westbound. Pretzels were hot and fresh even though we got there right at closing. 🙌🏻 She said their hours were daily 10-6, we are here on a Monday fyi, posted hours on Google are incorrect.

Standard Auntie Anne’s pretzels taste. Older woman cashier almost forgot half the order, and seemed like she was bored and had an attitude. She told us two of the flavors were basically the same, which obviously they were not. They’re two different flavors. Fine food for a quick pit stop if you’re traveling, so just shrug off the attitude you may get.

The young girl that works there is rude and could use a class in customer service especially when the customers are paying ridiculous prices for the food they're getting. I've had a bad experience each time I have been there. Management needs to get rid of the employees they currently have because they're lacking to say the least. I'll never spend another nickel of my hard earned money at your establishment. Get it together or go out of business.

One of the best hot pretzels and blue lemonade...takes me back to my days as a boy in Azerbaijan...we had this one quaint pretzel place adjacent from the Church I lost my virginity in...but I digress. No lines, clean bathroom and massage chairs...what more could a vagabond traveler want?

We ordered a large cinnamon nuggets and a large regular nuggets. Both tasted doughy not a bit like pretzels we feel both were undercooked

Young lady that works there is rude, unhappy and has terrible customer service. Doesn’t people standing in line and when you ask if she is going to assist us she is rude!
