I’ve never seen a pretzel look like corn bread and have a soft texture on the outside same as corn bread.Whoever made this mornings batch of bites clearly made them wrong but is still selling them. Poor supervision. The younger lady was nice. The older lady was very rude.

Pretzel dogs had completely raw dough surrounding the pretzels. The pretzel nuggets were square shaped, wet, barely cooked and still tasted like baking soda. This place is horrible!!

Pretzels and Pretzel dog minni's were awesome! The staff however need to have training on customer service. There were only 2 in line I thought oh will go fast. 2 workers behind the counter. Neither acknowledged us in any way, just looked up at the line then looked back down. I assumed one of them was getting the order ready for the first person in line. Not! Finally the one of them came to the register. They were not friendly either. Neither cracked a smile.

Over priced, greasy and half my order was stale/old. Charges extra for sauce and doesn’t even have ketchup while selling hot dogs. They didn’t offer mustard so who even knows.

Rude employee, didn't seem to want to even take order. Ordered mini pretzel dog. Inquired why the cup looked half empty, his response was he put 10 in there. Counted, there were only 9... 2 on bottom had raw uncooked pretzel dough. Should have read the reviews first.

They gave me cold pretzels and then I went back and asked if I could get another one. They touched it with their hands and gave me another one that was cold rude customer service overall don’t go

Completely out of pretzel bites so I got 2 regular pretzels that were fresh out of the oven and they were completely burnt as you can see

Can't give 0 Stars unfortunately.Maybe I should have read the reviews first.. 2 people working one dumber than the other.Ordered Pretzel Nuggets Original and Mini Dogs. Told I had to wait for Dogs.. Had the nuggets..She sold all the Nuggets while waiting for the Dogs..Then I had to wait again. And they tried to offer me a regular Pretzel instead. Which is cheaper. If I wanted the pretzel I would have ordered it to begin with.

These people are selling old, stale pretzels. I came in expecting to get a delicious Auntie Anne’s pretzel and what I got was hard and dry. Friends traveling with us ordered a large bucket of mini pretzels and was told “No You can’t have a large you can have a small”. That’s because the small bucket was full of old stale mini pretzels and they weren’t going to give her a large without first getting rid of the old stuff. The staff doesn’t seem to care about the quality of the food here. Someone needs to care.

Worst Auntie Anne's I've ever visited. Walked up to the counter, only one customer in front of us ... and there were three of the large pretzels. No nuggets, no pretzel dogs, nothing. Really? Late in the afternoon, certainly past the lunch rush and nothing? Counter workers said 25 minutes for a pretzel dog. We walked. The two people working just gave off a I really don't give a *** attitude.

Driving through and chose this specific exit for gas because of the auntie Anne's. It was the only place closed in the whole truck stop. Wack.
