Can't find what you need. Truck load of items everywhere. Can't move around the store very well. Many times they don't stock items I need that should be there. Empty spaces on shelves. Over stock in carts... Discontinue items I buy. Always new people that don't know anything.

Although it is much cleaner and more organized, the young woman wearing the manager position has no people skills. She never smiles or greets anyone. And any time I have ever been in her way of putting away freight, it seems like a chore to say excuse me. She is just rude. Did I mention that she doesn't talk to her associates either? Maybe she also needs replaced.

In previous trips to this dollar General I usually get very good service. However today was awful. There were 3 items in my order that were higher when checked out then what the tags said. It had to be fixed twice! Because the manager Justine put in the wrong price the first time and didn't apologize after fixing it a second time. I notice good workers and bad ones. And honestly this new manager needs some different training or to be let go.

Since the latest "makeover" this store is rocking! It is always clean and staff are friendly and helpful. There is a very good selection of cleaning and household supplies. I actually like the DG brand better than the Wal Mart's brand (WM brand quality continues to decline imho). DG has increased their stock of groceries and have most staples (just not fresh produce). The frozen foods section also has a very good variety including fruits/veg. The prices are reasonable and on point. Some (not all) items may be a few cents more but one cannot beat the proximity. I would definitely recommend this store and will continue to shop there.

Has a sign on the door that clearly states masks are required in the store. Saw many customers and workers not wearing the mask above their nose, and also some customers not wearing a mask at all. They do not sanitize they card reader or the counter in between customers.

Very disappointed with the service and selection at this store. Checking out was painful as I had to wait for someone to even recognize I was at the register. No bell to ring. Staff seemed very overworked. Definitely has changed over the past few months.

Rude manager. Staff that used to be there where friendly and helpful. New manager has more than once rolled her eyes at me while I was trying to chit chat on the rare times she could be bothered to come to the register.

Now the only game in town, due to the fire at Halls. This location has stepped up its game and has a surprising amount of items including groceries for such a small store, and can save you a 15 mile trip to Bellefonte

This stores service is awful. The line for checkout is always so long. I've waited at least ten minutes until it was my turn. There's clearly others working than just one person and I witnessed them just walk on by despite the growing line of customers! Not sure what has changed here because it wasn't always like this. On top of that workers are not friendly!

This store used to be neat. This past year the employees are letting things go. Floors are dirty, items laying around.Instead of smoke breaks they need to Sweep floors, and straighten up shelves

This dollar general is nice store with friendly staff. It is a somewhat cluttered but probably because it has a large variety of merchandise. Everything from snacks to glassware to novelty gifts.

You know what to expect. Cheap stuff, not quality by any means. But I guess if you need a pair of socks in Snow Shoe, you don't have too many options. The service is friendly!

Was at Dollar General a few days ago,the people were very kind to me,they greeted me as soon as I walked in ,I Was looking for Easter decorations ,they directed me to them,very friendly at check out .even tho I have a store closer to me,I like going here ,they seem to have more choices of items .

Such a disappointment! Staff was no where to be found. Store has a smell. And when I was finally able to check out at the register after waiting for someone to be available she was very rude.
