We used to be very happy with this vet.We used to see the vet but after Covid they shuttle the animals in still. We miss the interaction. Our shepherd who has always been healthy, we brought here in to get testing. She was dropped off and we got a call that they didn’t even get to the testing & that she had passed away. They called and didn’t have any explanation as to why she passed when they left her ALONE. We will never get over this and won’t ever recommend this place.The prices too & for the lack of service is horrible. Thank goodness we are leaving.

Avoid this Vet at all costs.We initially were told our dog had a cancerous lump, they performed surgery on him to remove "what they could get" one day later his staples started to spread, my wife took him back and she was told this was normal to stop blood clotting. Okay sure. A week later it's proactively even worse, my wife returns the dog again and still reassured this is normal... mind you by this time this dog is walking pouring blood a week post surgery and we were advised to not put wraps on it. Now day of staple removal with what was actually left of them we were told it's healing slowly. Mind you it's been two weeks and an open wound. It's never going to heal on its own. Instantly took him too another veterinarian and they almost laughed at this entire situation. They took care of the dog immediately and said it was not done properly.

Rolling Hills Veterinary Clinic, Smock PA mutilated our cat when ear tipping as a permanent marker indicating was spayed. They cut half her ear off. When trying to discuss situation they rudely and argumentatively stated "well that's what you signed for". No I signed for a snip, not half the ear to be cut off. What they did was inhumane, they scarred my pet for life. I pray her internal organs were treated more skillfully and professionally during her surgery.

I don't normally leave bad reviews but our experience with this clinic has been horrible to say the least. In 3 years I hadn't met the Vet until the day we had to put our sweet girl Kita down. They made this experience twice as bad as it already was. We made an appointment knowing that it was surgery day and they would see us before regular appointments at 2. We showed up for the appointment and the Vet was still in surgery which we could understand. We waited about an hour. They could have called us to let us know she was running behind. I asked why they didn't call us i was told we don't do that. When it was actually time when we entered the clinic the staff asked us 3 times when would we want to pay. I thought this was extremely inconsiderate. Our hearts were already broken with having to do this.

Just know you cannot go in with your pet to their appointment. You still have to stay in your car. I don't have a problem with it, but some may abd need to be premature for that.

We were looking for a veterinarian to get shots for our two litters of Jack Russell Terrier’s. One mom had 6, the other mom had 3 so, we had 9 puppies that needed shots. We called all around the area, some wanted $200.00 to $400.00 plus office visit!! My husband called Rolling Hills Veterinarian and they said it would be $192.00 with the office visit and I told him make the appointment now!! We will be getting all of our fur babies shots there from now on!! Yes, we did find home’s for 6 of the puppies and we kept 3 of them. Great Veterinarian, Great People who work there ☺️

Tanya is a wonderful vet who ACTUALLY cares about the animals and not about lining her pockets. She is very good with the pets and treats them with love and respect. This is rare in this field. Her prices are very reasonable. I run an animal rescue so I have dealt with dozens of vets in my day, she by far is the best. My only real complaint is her staff. They change frequently. I believe they are mostly interns which is awesome that Tanya gives them this opportunity. However, 98% of them are extremely rude and on a power Trip. They tend to have this attitude that they are better than you and your very presence is bothering them. It is very tempting to want to smack the attitude right out of them, especially when you are there with a sick pet and they are talking about your furry child like it's a stack of unwanted encyclopedias. Extremely not Kool. But Tanya makes up for it. I recommend her to everyone.

The best vet ever!! They are so patient and kind! One of our Huskies has severe anxiety with new people and they took their time with her and while she never fully felt comfortable we were able to get what we needed done! Love this place!

Terrible. 0/10 recommend. Our family dog developed a mass on her stomach, I took her to the vet as per request of a family member. They recommended surgery to remove the mass & X-rays to determine how attached it was. I asked if the X-rays could be done that day because I had the cash on hand & we’d rather know sooner than later what we’re dealing with. My request was denied & the person handling the clients in the parking lot informed me that the Vet said no, that she’d do the X-rays the day of surgery instead of paying twice & exposing her to the radiation. I was given surgery dates well into december near the holidays. My family scheduled the surgery, & the mass began to grow rapidly interfering with our dogs daily activities. When the family called back to express their great concern they were informed that they could not move the surgery any sooner due to the holidays. They were never informed to seek another vet. Multiple trips to an animal hospital due to the rapid decline of our animal because of the mass, finally make it to the surgery date only to be instructed that they can no longer perform the surgery because the mass is too large. I think he mists of the conversation, they informed my family member that AN X-RAY SHOULDVE BEEN TAKEN MONTHS AGO. An X-ray that was questioned that very day that I had her there. Now we are enjoying the very last moments we have with our amazing dog, that shouldn’t be just moments, but at least a few more years had this vets office did their very job.

This woman Martha who works here is very hateful and degrades the owner of the animal. I took my dog to be spayed and she treated us awful. I almost wanted to leave and take my dog else where, but I knew she wasn't the doctor doing the procedure so I let it go. Then when we came back to pick my fur baby up we reported her and everyone behind counter calmed they didn't know who she was and "apologized" that wasn't sincere at all. Said she musted have had a horrible day. Thank goodness I do not live anywhere near there and I'll take my business elsewhere.

Staff are kind and caring. The issues I've had are the prices which tend to be in the high end. And was unable to schedule emergency appt due to vet being unavailable at that time. The other vets don't want to take in another doctors patients when they are in crisis. I need a vet that can squeeze me in if needed.

I called because i had a question about ear mites since my cats have them. They told me to give them treatment they told me how to use it and for how long. Any other place would have just told me to go other then help me on the phone. I appreciated that they were so nice! I think I found my babies a new doctor.

Called last week about my cat being sick he was urinating in places he doesn't normally and threw up and we called here because this is the only place I take my dogs and was told my cat was just marking his territory when in fact my cats uretha was blocked and had a kidney disease and had to be put down. That was over this past weekend we called this office two days prior. My cat was only 2 years old next monthCouldn't get help for my cat at this office.

Well, the ball was dropped this time. Wednesdsy 4/19 My daughter brought her 9 year old cat for medical attention, no appetite, vomiting, diarrhea, very skinny. The vet ran blood work to check her kidney function, all good. They were sent home with some medicine to help the cat gain some weight because she was so skinny.Yesterday 4/25 she brought the cat in again, the vet gave her fluids and sent them home with no answers, no diagnosis.this morning 4/26, she woke to find the cat in a worse condition. She chose to bring the cat to an emergency hospital and the cat unfortunately died on the way there.So far we know from the hospital that the cat was severely anemic and died from lack of oxygen in the blood stream.The cat is dead because of veterinary neglect. This is Gross negligence....very mad and upset.This vet saw this cat less then 24 hours prior to death. At least she should have been kept overnight and monitored, and the vet could have taken the cats condition seriously and investigated further for a diagnosis.

Tanya and her staff are the best. Tanya is very knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. One of my kittens requires special care and she coordinates great with other veterinary specialists that he has to see.

I have taking my big fluffy cat to rolling hills for years she was kind careing and didn't charge me an arm and a leg I got my cat spayed and all her shots for 285 dollars Geary wanted almost 700 and their was no way I could afford that i am so glad i found Dr Tanya because without her my autistic son wouldn't have his best friend Tyvm Dr Tanya
