Waiting for a hr for a shower while manager and employee outside smoking cigarettes empty dirty showers no one cleaning them and 6 ppl waiting.store is dirty coffe empty. Poor manager skills she sits in her car smoking cigarettes.this dump should be closed.if I have the choice I won’t give them any stars.I don’t understand why they treat us drivers like this without us they be home collecting unemployment.

I stopped by here to fuel up and a couple of the fuel isles had one pump working. There was line to get fuel because of pumps being down. The inside looks okay but it's small and they also have a Denny's attached to the store for your convenience. The showers are not bad also!

Wish I could give a lower rating. The management needs seriously looked into. Highly unprofessional and unpredictable. Imagine running a business and having no sympathy for your employees and giving them no grieving period for losing loved ones. Management chooses favorites and allows stealing, seen it first hand many times. Until threats to higher up happen, they won't do anything. I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere. This business had a worker peeping on women showering and they did nothing to solve the issue. Sickening.

Why does shower cleaning take so long? I waited 90 minutes. And after they gave me a shower, there were dry floors. this means it was clean a long time ago and was simply kept and not given to anyone!!!

Parking is good. It's nice and quiet. No congestion for trucker's. Ladies restrooms are up to par. Store is kept nice and clean. There's a Denny's restaurant also. Hot food's are available. Friendly staff. I only ask that next time the hash browns are warm and soft 😉😁.

Great coffee guys! Thank you.Not a bad place, but it is older and it needs work. For sure there's too much parking that they want you to pay for. Some of the parking needs to be rebuilt. I will say to every truckstop owner that reads this: I don't even stop at places with majority paid-parking unless I have absolutely no choice, and that is very, very seldom.I don't know about the showers, but other reviewers here seem to think generally they are usually in good shape.Note: Some more good news is this coming Jan 2024 this location is going to close the store for a couple of weeks for renovations. I'm not sure if the entire facility is going to close.--Be safe out there guys.And mainly for you new drivers, quit speeding up when guys are trying to pass you. You leave somebody stuck out there in the passing lane with traffic behind them and traffic behind you and you're going to make somebody more than aggravated.

Sara was nice and help with prime parking when we were two hours away ,then Scott helped by moving a truck out our prime parking space at 12:00 mightnight when returned from delivering a load. The bathrooms were cleaned and welled stocked. We will return for sure when in the area.

Waited over an hour for a shower. Decided to walk where the showers are to find 2 empty ones. Not my first time experiencing such a long wait here. This is why I prefer Love's, they prioritize shower guests.

Not enough parking space, truck parking in the way everyone see fits. To clean shower takes forever. Staff doesn’t give a …. That drivers could be in a hurry. Very tight spot at fuel pumps.

Had I known this place was this bad I would not have PAID $15 to park. Parking lot is nasty. Floors were not clean. Bathrooms obviously nasty. No food in Pilot and Denny’s was closed. Which may be good they had no food because it may be unhealthy to eat from a place like that. This is Sunday 10/3/21 at 5:25pm. Showers were not swept, nasty and had a strong stinking sour smell. Trash was overflowing inside and outside the store. The only reason the bathroom trash did have more than it did is because the paper towel dispensers were empty. No free internet even while inside the store. Awful

A little over half this lot is reserved parking. Truck stops already mark up prices to gouge drivers since we can't go to many other places to park and to charge $17/night on top of that is ridiculous, considering how much Pilot/Flying J already makes on diesel alone.Staff is friendly and the store is clean, but simply due to this locations buisness practices, I can't give higher than 1 star. If I ever come back and the amount of paid parking is less than before, I'll post an update.

This location needs signs pointing to the exit. Idiot drivers keep going out the entrance because they don't see the wrong way sign nor look at this place on satellite view. Keep having backups at the entrance because of it.

6/3/2021...After a long day of sweating, and then paying for a shower and prime parking you will think you will be able to get a clean shower but the manager in the store said they don’t have any employees willing to work so the showers cant be cleaned. This was after waiting for 2 plus hours for a shower in the lot because it was done on the mobile app. ( if I didn’t go into the store to see what the hold up was I would’ve been sitting in the truck for hours and hours) The restrooms are nasty, trash all over the place . I will definitely be avoiding this place on the future and hope the District manager looks into this immediately.Totally unacceptable. !!!!!!!

They DO NOT honor prime parking. So feel free to park there for free or drop your trailer, they won't ask you to move. However, if you have reserved Prime parking, you're out of luck. Do not recommend.

I didn't go inside, but traveling with an RV, I love that they have the dump tank, fresh water, and propane fill up. Spent the night here and there were plenty of open spots to park. It also felts very safe, which is a big plus when you have to spend the night in your vehicle. Thank you Flying J

Wow, my review was already removed, although I didn't say anything inappropriate, other than how atrocious this place is! I had to wait nearly 2 and a half hours for a shower; the longest at any truck stop I've been to in 15 years! The entire staff here should be fired, especially whoever manages this...place. workers up front were lolligagging while couple of different times nobody was cleaning showers for over 30 minutes at a time! They could have at least warned us so we could go out to get dinner while we wait...or see a movie 🍿!

This is easily one of the sketchiest places I've ever been to. We pulled up and before we open the door, we notice how worn down it seems. I've never seen an Escalade pull outta some place so quick, but somtimes you gotta suck it up and get yourself some gas and snacks where you can. Real talk, the actual structure of the building and gas pumps are functioning. However, the longer I sat and watched people, they grew increasingly creepy based on their actions. The women's bathroom was so very dirty; it needed cleaned before one could use it. But at least they did have TruMoo.

One star because I remember when this was a Union 76. It has fallen a long way from those days. Back then it had a totally awesome restaurant with food so good that Denny’s can’t come close to offering and it was open 24 hours.

Drove an extra 270 miles only discover because your Denny's has no employees they close at 5:00 on Saturday night . Dear Flying J from what I understand Trucking is a 24-hour business and if the restaurants you provide in your stores cannot meet the needs of your truck driver you need to find restaurants that can. Not only will I never come here again but only out of necessity I will never spend a dime in your store at this location.

This is a somewhat okay but the last time I was in it was about 7 a.m. yesterday morning there was no hot food available except for some hard dry pieces of pizza. The stalls in the bathroom we're dirty and one of them had no toilet paper in it. The staff was friendly though

Sense of discrimination.Most truckers come Truckers come from different backgrounds where they can’t eat meat or pork, people from India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Middle East, Africa etc we keep America moving so everytime we come there’s always pork pizzas you will never see cheese pizza .They refuse to put out cheese pizza because most people buy it and it sells fast, a veggie pizza here has pork with Sausage as well. Every kind of pizza they will throw pork and Sausage in it making it difficult for everybody. And THOSE PIZZAS SIT THERE FOREVER. I would know because I come everyday on my Switch schedule.They don’t want to deal with long lines and making more pizzas. I am disappointed everyday bc I have to come to this gas station and find there’s no cheese pizza and when I ask them they pause and roll their eyes, but all other Pilot I’ve been to have Warm cheese pizza ready. If I was the owner I would set things right.Otherwise my second favorite thing is the showers they always clean and the water is at it maximum “pleasure”.DONT GET ME WRONG I LOVE THE EMPLOYEES HERE THEY ARE KIND But work is work and Truckers bring the Business, Take care of us .

From a Drivers wife. OMGOODNESS! What wonderful staff! I just came in to the store crying cause I burnt my hand severely on the truck exhaust pipe. The ladies at store 620… rushed to my aid. They found good first aid and wrapped up my hand for me. Please… whoever sees this of Flying J, store 620. These ladies are caring and need some kudos!
