Staff are friendly and quick to correct any errors. However this is the absolute worst pizza I’ve ever eaten and I’ve given it a few tries now. I’m not sure if it’s the quality of the sauce, but it just tastes odd and has a terrible flavor. The French fries tasted like fish on two occasions and had the flavor of being cooked in old oil. The salad I tried on one occasion was partially wilted and barely had any ingredients other than ice burg lettuce. I absolutely love pizza and have never had one that I wouldn’t eat, but I’m done with this location. After trying the Fox’s pizzas in the Port Allegheny and Coudersport locations, I confirmed that the issue isn’t the chain but the Smethport location specifically. Everything I tasted at the other locations was great.

I'm all about supporting local businesses but tonight I was threatened to have the police called on me over not receiving my ranch that I ordered and was called rude by the women on the phone saying I have caused problems in the past and today over THEM CONSTANTLY forgetting or undercooking orders that my family has made (WHICH HAVE BEEN MANY AND ALL OVER $60 EVERY TIME)Terrible customer service.Was not aloud to speak to a manager and was very disrespected.On top of just losing a 100 year old family member and a HUGE COMMUNITY SUPPORTER, putting her to peace today and not wanting to have to worry about cooking myself.15/10 would not recommend unless you would like to be treated the same way.

Great pizza!! 🍕 🍕 The dough is handrolled, sauce was great & the mushrooms were fresh!! I hate it when places use canned mushrooms! The staff was friendly and helpful also..telling us about local attractions, as we are not from the area. Definitely check out Fox's. You will be glad you did!

My BLT I got it was just Loaded with bacon bits instead of nice pice of bacon Strips sorry for not letting you know...my table did not want me to say anything lol. 😅 3☆ blt but love the pizza 5☆

Ordered a pizza to be taken out at 7:35 pm. Arrived at 7:25, pizza already on counter getting cold. By the time I got home 10 minutes later, it was very cold. Blondie staff member very rude. Would not recommend, even for local customers.

Everytime I order food it’s always between 1-2 hrs before you get it. Just ordered today and they did tell me it would be a while. Food showed up and the deep fried food I got wasn’t cooked all the way so I threw them out and my hoagie is cold. I’ve tried many times to give them a second chance but this was the last time

We were just passing through and had to stop and get gas in Smethport. The lovely lady at the gas station suggested this place. We were not disappointed. We were very surprised at how good the food was. The hoagies are a must try! My boyfriend is a big eater and could only finish the smaller sized one and was stuffed. We had left overs that turned into a late night snack once we got to our hotel. We ordered the large size club, a small meatball ,a cheese pizza and a burger with fries.

I called at 6:15 PM. Was told that they were busy and it would be between a hour and a hour and a half. Over two hours later I recieved my food. This was with two delivery people on duty. Wings & Pizza were lukewarm at best and pizza was partly soggy. Normally an excellent place to eat. Not tonight.

Ordered 3 Big Daddy pizzas for a work luncheon and took an extensive amount of time for delivery. The order was made @ 11:00am and it is now 12:50pm with no delivery. Even if this pizza was the best in the area, it is not worth the wait. Especially to anyone trying to fit lunch into their busy work schedule. Just plain ridiculous.

Was on a ride on the motorcycle and smelled the dough baking as we rode by, had to turn around and try it. Incredible pizza and staff! I usually don't give Fox's pizza much consideration, but this one is the exception. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area or traveling through. I will be back for sure. Thanks to the young man working the counter for giving us directions when my GPS failed us, we made it to Kinzua Bridge thanks to you! We're from Greensburg, what a ride!

Food is ok most of the time. Occasionally, cold or overcooked. Delivery service needs improvement. Wait time for delivery? 1 to 2 hours. Ridiculous. The OWNER needs to take a more active part of his business or sell it to someone who will.

I've asked for wedgies multiple times to be lightly toasted and when gotten the bread is hard and crunchy. I don't have time to wait around for another one or when taking out have time to take it back due to being on a time schedule. I ate one today and the crust cut my gums it was so hard. Port Allegany Fox's actually gives me what I ask for!!!

After waiting an hour I called to see where my food was. I was told we didn’t start it yet the driver had to go to Rew when he gets back we’ll put it in. Then 30 minutes later he arrived only to have my wedge burnt and my husband receiving a totally different sub. When I called they blamed the driver then said if he didn’t have the correct sub in the car they’d make another. The sad thing is we live within 2 minutes of the business. Nearly a two hour wait now and still the wrong food.Riki,Thanks for the response however we didn’t order Stromboli. We also were not give a time frame for delivery. Had we been given the option to know it would be two hours we may have decided to pick it up or cancel the order.

new owner, food is made awesome again! the breaded wings are tasty. the breadsticks with cheese are not as good as the old grease soaked ones. everything else is better than before! Big Daddy pizza meal combos will feed the kids for cheap. check for coupons. Also, there is a large Game Loft upstairs, with video games and table games, perfect for parties or kids that cannot sit still in a normal restaurant.

When calling in, I got put on hold and was left on hold. I hung up and had to call back, with the phone going to voicemail for the first 5 times of trying to call back. Finally someone answered and I got left on hold again!!!Other then the phone service and being left on hold and forgot about, the food is great and the delivery guys are good people.

Pre cooked wings, probably from yesterday, not crispy, dried out because there pre cooked, place not busy, pizza sucked last time, but thought I'd try, no more, all the food everywhere in town (except gas station breakfast and grocery store CHICKEN ONLY) SUCKS ! tried 7 places during 6 day stay.
