Usually has what I need. Maybe costs a little more than big box stores but it's worth staying in town to save the gas money. If they don't have what you need they will get it for you. Great little small town hardware store. Small Town are truly blessed to have these. Shop local, support local.

Most of my experience's with Costa's have been really great. But I was very dissatisfied with my grill experience. I purchased a grill in September for a Christmas present for my husband. It was a floor model and it had a few scratches on it so the manager ordered a part for the scratched part. I called a month ago and a lady said it was ready. I went to pick it up, almost an hour away from home, and it was not ready! A gentleman named John said it was still on back order!!! He ended up saying they would bring the part to my house when it comes in . It was just disappointing that I drove all the way there and it wasn't ready. I am happy they are taking care of this issue but I have cancer and it was really DIFFICULT for me to make that special trip there when I could have left it at the store until it was fixed. I think they just need to be more organized.

The best hardware experience anywhere. Costa's has a friendly and knowledgeable staff that is always there to help. Huge inventory, they have practically everything, but if you don't see it, ask and they can probably get it. Keep up the good work.

Very convenient place to grab nuts and screws and miscellaneous items you need to fix cars and even your lawn mower... only downside is prices are sometimes on the high side but the service you yet is five stars
