They told is our pet would be ready at a certain time. We called to make sure he would be finished. They said he would. We arrived on time but we told we would have to pay $20 “rush fee” even though it was at the designated time and we we’re not informed about the extra $20 fee. Nevertheless they did a fine job of grooming our dog.

Was very loyal to slippery rock pet grooming.. this is the second time I’ve scheduled an appointment with them and they some how have no trace of it. I have always scheduled in person when picking my dog up so I know that they had it written down. I will take my dog elsewhere where they can keep track of appointments. Gave 3 stars for the fact they do good cuts but that is about it and Bella did love them.

I love the groomer Carol and all of her staff! I feel so comfortable leaving my two little shih poo’s in their care. This is the only groomer I use and they do such an amazing job! My dogs look so cute every time they get groomed here. The staff is so friendly and they really care about your pets. I would rate more than 5 stars if I could! My one pet is very difficult and I know that and they still do beyond great work on her and are very cooperative with pets of all kind! Thank you Slippery Rock Pet Grooming :)
