All of the pharmacy staff, with the exception of one, are friendly, caring, and helpful. When my son had a broken leg and I had him and my infant twins in the car with me, I went through the drive through and asked for a few over the counter items from within the store. The pharmacy staff were incredibly understanding and were more than willing to help me out. It was so appreciated!Edited to add that I was treated poorly by another pharmacy employee multiple times.

They have to close every day at 1 30 to 2pm because Rite Aid is a completely incompetent corporation. The people here are the absolute worst. Go to Giant Eagle instead and thank me later.
