This is a disgrace to the Golden Arches. Ray Kroc would be rolling in his grave. I usually don't like to leave bad reviews but this is a constant for this McDonalds in Slippery Rock. I don't know who is running this franchise but they may want to come into their store and see how ridiculous it is being operated. Enjoy waiting in long drive through lines to spend around $10 to get this type of food.

I loved McDonald's as a kid. However...over the last couple of decades...I felt they changed their food/ recipes so much that it really lacked the old taste everyone loved so much. In the last year or so I've noticed the food actually tastes good again!! You really can't beat McDonald's french fries! Go ahead and give em a try again. I think you'll agree the food IS really good 😊

DO NOT GO HERE, i decided to get curbside breakfast we were the only people there took over 10 minutes I had to leave because I didn't want to be late for work. Had to call the store refused to give me a refund on a $21 order. every time I come to the store I'm waiting 15 to 30 minutes for some food, The people that work here don't care. they lie cheat and steal .

Tried this place once and got food poisoning which involved me being stuck in the bathroom the next day. Workers stood around and talked in the back when they should have been working. Did not see anyone working and it took half an hour to get my food.If you eat anywhere in slippery rock I implore you do not go here.Door was locked from the outside despite being open. They gave an excuse that it was ‘safety’ and ‘policy’. Dirty and gross. Floors unclean, tables sticky, chairs sticky, order machine broken, and again locked despite being open. Group was allowed to loiter despite not having food made me uncomfortable.

Me and my mother in law went to the mcdonald’s in slippery rock we got our food came home and this is what i got. This mcdonald’s does not care. Idk if it was a busy day for them or what the person we talked to tried to blame us for our burger looking this. I ALSO CLEARLY ASKED FOR NO PICKLES AND NO MUSTARD! THEY GAVE OF EXTRA OF BOTH! We were very upset we came back and talked to diane one of the managers and she was giving us both attitude all we wanted was a new burger. They finally made us a new one. This has happened many times with diane. im never coming here again!! Worst experience ever. I do not recommend getting food here.

If I order food through the app I shouldn’t have to wait nearly 30 minutes AFTER I showed up for it to be ready, there was not a soul in sight to help me.Employees all talking in the back or just not paying attention to orders whatsoever because they’re too distracted staring at their phone.And when I finally got my food it was wrong, and looked like my burger was left in an elevator with Chris Brown. Is part of the last step of making a quarter pounder to literally pound it into the table?The manager is the only person who actually works I’ve never seen a single person carry a business so hard before, didn’t get his name but nice guy.Long story short this place sucks and the employees get paid to do nothing while their manager does all the work. Pathetic. Wouldn’t hurt to fire everyone and start from scratch. I get this is a college town but I’ve never seen a McDonald’s in a worse state and I lived in chicago for a year

Recently remodeled! The order kiosk has an awful user interface (I recognize that this is a McDonald's corporate problem). However, the food I ordered was brought to my table and was quite good for McDonalds.

Drive-thru staff is constantly rude and unhappy to be taking our orders. Once you say one item they say “is that it” and if you order something else there is always a big sigh. I understand the pressures of working a drive-thru but if the staff is constantly rude to its customers it will come back to bite you in the butt. This place is a joke if you actually have somewhere to be because Slippery Rock McDonalds moves like a turtle.

I've been to this one a few times in the past but it's been a couple years, (I moved) and the food had been good. Passing through a couple days ago, I stopped here and got it again. The parking lot was a little full but the drive-thru had nobody in line. The food wasn't bad but there were a couple problems. The bottom buns on the sandwiches were a bit hard on some of the edge and the fries weren't salted at all. I went in and grabbed salt packets. Idk if the buns were over heated or reheated too much cause they were slow but I just tore that part off. Otherwise the food tasted good.

Pretty decent staffing but it took the mobile order +25 minutes to come out to the carBut pretty clean place and the food is out decently fast when you go in and order plus the kiosk help if you really don't want to wait in line or have people wait on you while your in line

I used to like going here for a quick bite but just about a week ago I went to grab a Big Mac & fry through the drive through and let me tell you I bit into it and a long hair was connected to my bite and at first I thought maybe it was one of mine but nope wrong color my hair is brown not purple & boy did I get nausea real quick I will never go there again I could of went in and complained but I didn’t just to save the embarrassment of the worker plus I wanted to put my input on here P.S. hair nets people it’s not a fashion show people work hard for their money not to just throw it away

The service was exceptional! I had ordered my food online, and picked in-store pick-up. I had walked to McDonald’s, and the dining area was closed. The man that answered the phone brought out my mobile order and also let my friend come get her food too. We appreciate the employee’s kindness and for letting us get our food without hesitation!

gave it 5 stars bc of the lady who gave me my food, she has glasses and had a long braid, she was an absolute doll, she kept calling her co workers lovey which i thought was so sweet, i call my daycare kids lovey! the young kid who took my order must of been new and after he rung up my order she said “see i knew you could do it” 😊 after she gave me my food she said “thank you for your patience luv ya, she was just very sweet to me and her co workers!!! and the nuggets were crispy and fresh even though drive through was super busy and i went in!! give that lady a raise or promotion!!
