The pharmacy itself isn’t bad but multiple times I have tried to use the drive-thru. I pull up seeing just one car at the window and may have to wait 10-15 minutes before they pull away. I wonder if they couldn’t have a policy to have people pull thru and come back after their prescription has been filled instead of waiting while it’s filled and holding up the line.

Usually a good experience every time! Meds on time. If someone is unfriendly, I Usually tell them so! But only had to do that once and they apologized. So great pharmacy!

Horrible customer service!!! Pediatrician sent a script for a child and the lady couldn’t find it in their system. So we showed her the end of visit summary and finally found his script and said it would be 20 minutes. Go back to pick it up and whoever filled it filled it under the twin brothers name and wouldn’t give it to us. Then claimed the pediatrician sent it in the wrong name!!! So the pediatrician sent a second one in the correct name again!!!! If the would of been helpful it would of been okay!! But to not be accountable for the mix up and blame it on the pediatrician uncalled for!

I tried to sign in to check my prescriptions but they changed the app. and I couldn't sign in because I forgot that the app. was under my old email. So I went to GE to get it straightened out but once I got there They informed me they couldn't do anything because the app. wasn't theirs. What a crock of ....

They couldn’t take 3 minutes out of their “busy” day to call and have my prescription transferred over from Rite Aide. My throat is swelled and it hurts to swallow, but they couldn’t take the time to have my medicine sent over to their pharmacy because it doesn’t affect them, so they couldn’t care less. VERY UNSATISFIED

Get in line, 3 cars ahead of me, wait 20 minutes nobody moves, I back out and leave! I thought the drive through was for drop off and pick up not parking there and waiting on a prescription
