Might sound like a d-bag here but how does it take 7 (literally 7 employees behind the counter) people. I say again how does it take 7 People to make a hot coffee with cream, there was one other customer in the store when I ordered and it still took over 5 minutes for the girl to stop talking to her coworker and make my coffee.All in all great service everyone was super friendly but when you see 7 people working the counter and they still can’t complete orders in a timely fashion it’s a bit infuriating

The atmosphere and service is phenomenal. The location is clean and convenient. The problem is the water in Slippery Rock taste terrible. That is all you can taste when you drink a beverage from here. I've noticed it in my hot coffee and unsweet iced tea. This is unfortunate as I love Dunkin but at this location it taste terrible. If you are looking for a good cup of coffee do not got here. Slippery Rock has other options and neither of them have this issue.Parking: There is no drive thru so their parking spaces fill up quickly and it's difficult to navigate with people being in and out so quickly.

I stopped late in the day, so there were not many donut choices left, that is fine and to be expected.But the area for donuts was half or a third the size of most DD I have been to.

Great Coffee and Donuts that took about 8-9 minutes because clerk that rang order walked away instead of pouring a simple cup of decaf coffee.....so we waited behind all those getting their Latte's and Frappe. Then, no creamers out in counter for the coffee so we had to get someone's attention again for that.Parking: It was Simply Amazing.... Seriously.... a detailed question parking..... But no Question Yet About the Quality of the Coffee??? Lol.

This is probably one of my favorite walk-in dunkins to exist. Wonderful and kind staff, no bad expierences and always gets my coffee just right! Plus, a pretty cool building. I like to come here a lot because it’s a quick walk from my apartment and it’s close to a park I like to go to.The people who work here are very friendly and patient, and as a person who stutters with their words a lot I feel a bit awkward at times but I’m never as nervous when I come to Dunkin for some reason. I accidentally spilled a drink once while taking it from the person working from the counter but they were super understanding and I helped clean up a bit with a napkin but they made another coffee for me!! The people that work there are the best :)I’ve also always gotten my order right and everything tastes great! I’ve gotten food here a few times too despite being more of a coffee person and from the times I have gotten food they always got those orders right and in a good amount of time too even when they start to get a bit busy.The building is also just nice in general, many places to sit down and draw or do schoolwork while having a drink or food. Pretty clean as well and well taken care of.Honestly recommend going here as a student and not a student too.

Absolutely horrible experience. Donuts are subpar on a good day. Don't stop here for brunch after a long road trip and expect as a paying customer to be able to use the restroom without an employee viciously knocking on the door 30 seconds in. After yelling "occupied" and trying to go to the restroom in peace, she comes back a minute later turning the door knob trying to walk in on you! Completely floored me that an employee would do that to a customer. Why? She didn't come prepared to work and needed to change into her work clothes 🤷‍♀️

If I could rate a 0 I would!!!! I was just cussed out by an employee for accidentally walking in on her in the bathroom. 1 I had never been there before so i thought there were multiple stalls. 2 she didnt lock the door. I was so upset I didnt even get anything.

This dunkin donut is probably one of the better ones in the area! Along with the one on main st. Butler. These both have a service team that are quick and the hot foods are served fresh and immediately. It was busy and I was still out of there in 8 to 10 minutes! They are clean, and good at keeping it that way

We went in at 9:30. I understand they close at 10pm so I apologized for coming in late. I got an iced tea and 6 donuts, nothing too bad. I was very quick to order because I understand that you want to get out of there. The workers were rude to us, and rolled their eyes when we left the store. If you open a business next to a college you’re going to have people coming in late.

This is the best Dunkin in western Pennsylvania! They handle themselves very well during rushes! Everyone is very friendly and happy to help! I am forever grateful for this Dunkin and the amazing staff!

Stopped by at 7:30pm - although they close at 10pm. Barely any donut selection - yet they had like 5-6 workers on staff.If you’re going to stay open in the evening, you need to expand your product selection or simply close at noon. That’s like going into McDonald’s and only being able to order a cheeseburger past 8pm. Disappointed. Almost better selection at Sheetz.

Ever since they put dunkins in at slippery rock I been going to them for my morning coffee or late evening to get something from them. The ladies there wonderful. I want to say thank you! I pulled in at dunkin and I hit a curb, went in and asked if I could leave my car out there until I get my car fix due to a flat tire. Well the employees came out and help me out. I couldn't thank them enough. They make my day when I go in and see them. Keep up the good work. The staff is wonderful. Thank you again.

Ordered a sesame bagel with butter, hash browns, and drink. It was 9:15 June 23rd.The drink and and hash browns were fine.The sesame bagel was slathered with almost an inch of cream cheese. I was the only order that went to the bagel position, but not a huge deal, misreading orders happens.Return to ask for a new one and learn that I got the last sesame bagel. I’m offered an everything which is fine.Got the everything and it’s completely dry; if there was butter on it, it was a minuscule amount. I went home and put butter on myself. The employee working the bagel position had an attitude about remaking it. Both bagels were burned as well.Cream cheese is gross!

This is literally the worst Dunkin’ I have been at. A few of the workers have been super rude for no reason. I do not recommend this place at all. Go to Starbucks. They’re a lot nicer and Starbucks has a better cold brew. Dunkins cold brew is utterly gross.

I love dunkins, I would rate dunkin 5 stars but lately they don't have very many choices as far as lattes are concerned and tye quality has gone down hill. My absolute favorite drink is toasted white chocolate hot latte, that's something that would never get drinking but they haven't brought it back. All I'm saying is that they need to provide more choices for their customers.

It was really nice driving all the way here on multiple occasions just to find out they only have cake donuts with nothing on them or a glazed donut. On top of that they are always stale. I was excited for this place to be built now it’s just a nice big waste of space with rude college students working the counter.

Beautiful! Very friendly, drink was made properly. My only comment to the public is please have patience, since it’s so new it is most certainly going to get a lot of business so lined are gonna be real! 10/10 overall
