They are very Professional and Knowledgeable and also very Friendly either in person or on the phone .Ive been with State Farm for 5 yrs or so, I won’t go to any other insurance company because of the treatment I get from the Guys in the office . Not only did he set me up with a great deal for my auto policy, but also looked into an estimate for my homeowner's insurance so I could get an extra bundle discount. Even though the homeowner's insurance did not work out for me, Kaleb was still very thorough and made sure to answer all of my questions promptly. I always seem to have a lot of questions; usually referring to rising costs. Granted, this is not an easy topic for an agent to handle, but Geoff handles it with the facts, and doesn't mess with trying to apologize. It's just the cost of insurance in times of disasters practically every week. I's rather claims were paid to people in trouble.
