First time online buyer. Ordered (3) Lori Mitchell collectibles. Arrived 2 days earlier than expected!! Who does not love that -Nice Surprise! Perfectly wrapped , brand new condition. I will say I had a time or two with the website, but I finally was able to place my order. I did notify them on IG and by email and there was no response, sadly. That is why I gave them a 4 rating, I really LOVE my order and I appreciate it being shipped out so quickly. You are definitely A 5 STAR if someone would have reached out to me, and I am hoping that it was due to weather constraints.

Similar to another reviewer, I also received a used product. I paid $93 for a set of two Patience Brewster calves. The standing calf was defective and would not stand up. In fact, one of its ears was broken off and glued back on, but wrapped and packaged and sold as new. Two calls were not returned, but an email was returned from Alisha saying she would mail me a new figure with a return label for the damaged product. That would have been great! However, this never happened. Instead, I received notice of a refund for $18.60 for "damage". This small refund does nothing to replace the broken piece. Two additional emails and a phone call over the next few weeks were never returned. Now I am left with a broken figure I wasn't able to display over the holidays, and no customer service. I had to dispute the charge.

I purchase Dept. 56 bare branch trees quite frequently from different vendors because I use them in a product that I make and sell. While I'm keeping these because I have an order due to ship by tomorrow, I think it's only fair to advise that I received what were very obviously a previously owned product. Disclosing this and discounting the price would have been perfectly acceptable, I would have probably even purchased additional sets, but attempting to pass them off as a new item is not cool. It's bad for business, and due to this I do not intend to purchase from this site again. If you need brand new products, this may not be the shoppe for you.

I stumbled upon The Wooden Duck Shoppe website by accident and I am absolutely delighted with the products that are offered and the outstanding customer service! I found Patience Brewster ornaments that I wanted at a great price. I could not believe how quickly I received these items. Their shipping was faster than Amazon’s! Most importantly, I really appreciated the prompt responses to my email inquiries and the integrity in which this business operates! I will be back to purchase other things and will tell others to do the same.

Just walked in to see if they had stuff for men. Well they are starting to get a few things soon for us. The owner Donna Lauren Handle, was very friendly and intelligent. She is also a totally gorgeous woman with an awesome flair for style.

I am grateful for Jane @ The Wooden Duck. As cliche as the following statement may seem, it’s completely true. Because of Jane & her phenomenal customer care, she prevented me from having a mini breakdown. I had placed an order (Nov 29) thru a diff site (Mackenzie-Childs) for a Patience Brewster ornament, which would complete my 12 piece set. 3 weeks later, I receive a vm informing me that they were sorry but that particular ornament was not only out of stock but would no longer be available. Huh? It was in stock when I placed the order... now, it’s not? I called, was again met with apologies but, it is what it is. Yes, there’s always the auction site... but now that the ornament was ‘extinct’, I was fairly sure it’d cost more than the $20 it originally was. (If money wasn’t an object, I’d have purchased the complete set YEARS ago)Jane not only calmed me, she validated my feelings of being put off by M-C. In addition, she put the ornament in the mail that day. I’m an uber satisfied customer. I’m planning to visit The Wooden Duck when I go to PA.BTW:I’m not naive, I know what happened to my ornament- someone placed an order for all 12- $20 vs $240... which order will a company fill? Sad. Very sad.
