Typical DG, seemed well stocked and organized. I went to the self checkout because the cashier was talking with a customer ( they were talking when I came in). The customer left just as I was paying, the cashier walked out from behind the counter and glared at me while I walked to the door. I’m not sure what I did to her but she looked very angry 😤.

So you have to download the app to get the digital coupon then when you try to use them on an item that's clearly marked you can't find the coupon, this store needs to close, always problems in there, checkout girl couldn't even find it, always ripped off in there.

This dollar general leaves its back stock of water bottles outside. In direct sunlight. A few months ago, I tried to talk to the GM in this location about this. He just decided to call me names and insult me. I spoke with his DM. His DM assured me that the water should not have been placed outside in direct sunlight and it would be taken care of. That was a lie. When you place plastic water bottles in direct sunlight, the hotter the plastic gets the more toxins from the plastic are released into the water. I'm not going to stop until you stop putting the water in direct sunlight.

The rudest employees ever! The lady with purple hair provided some of the worst customer service and attitude I've ever encountered! Believe me when I say I'll go out of my way to get to another location! I only gave this store one star because I couldn't give it a review without it.

The one in St Michael is most definitely the worst of any I have been in. Inventory always in carts and not on the shelf. Most, not ALL employees are problematic.But, hey what do I know, I just live here and shop there 3 or 4 times a week. Not by choice only due to limited variety.The place needs a shake up..

I didn't hate the place. I just didn't like the fact that when I pulled in to parking lot the employee was out front smoking a cigarette. When I went in people were standing at check out looming around to see if anyone around to check them out. That is not professional in my option.

Stopped in earlier this evening to grab a couple items. Went to check out and waited 5 minutes (there was one lady in front of me with 3 items, the cashier was just terribly slow). Once it was my turn to check out the cashier gave me my total and I handed her a $20. She cashed me out for $200, which would have been totally fine if she could do basic math. She fumbled about for a few minutes trying to figure out what my proper change should be and handed me my money. I checked my change in the car and it was wrong. I went back in to get the correct change and she said she couldn't open the cash drawer until someone paid in cash. So I stood at the register waiting for someone to come and pay cash. After a few minutes a lady offered to pay as much cash as she had and the rest on her card so I could be on my way. Her total was $32.86, she handed the cashier $29 and said she wanted to put the rest on her card. The cashier was counting on her fingers to figure out how much to charge her card and had to call up the manager for assistance. The manager arrived and even with both of their brain power combined they couldn't figure out that the lady's card needed charged $3.86. They were searching for a calculator when the lady told them the amount she should be charged. The manager continued to find a piece of paper and a pencil to do the math by hand. Meanwhile, the cashier handed me the rest of my change from the $29 the lady gave her. I counted the money again to make sure I had what I was supposed to and walked out. For what should have been a 10 minute trip took me almost 45 minutes. Dollar General needs to have a better hiring process if their staff can't do basic math. Let alone the fact the store is a wreck, messy, and dirty. Also, be sure to check expiration dates on everything you buy, I almost bought expired items from there before.

every time I go into this store there are lines completely thru the store and one cashier. A few days ago he short changed me $10.00. Other associates standing around as if they don't care, This is why I drive 10 extra miles to family Dollar where I can get waited on and get on with me day.

Absolutely terrible experience. Ripped me off $5.00 because the people running the store have not been trained properly. Store is also filthy. It doesn't take a genius to clean. Store is operating on so little labor that cleaning is not a priority. Wake up people!!!!you have other options..

The new Dollar General on Route 160 is such a nice store to shop in it's roomy clean and lots of things on the shelves to choose from. The people that working there are very friendly and very helpful will definitely shop there again.

I go there some times but not all the time they always something i need. But you try to call they won't answer yes the store is open. Try to see have something for my baby they didn't answer there phone what kind business do there. They get better help.

Not very good.. today I tried to use the $5 off $25 coupon. The clerk said it wouldn't work. So I returned all my stuff so he could re-ring the order, said it wouldn't work again so he did a complete refund and put the$5 on a DG gift card.. went down road to another DG store and tried to use gift card said nothing was on card. I had the girl call the other store and talk to the guy. He said to her I put it on there not sure what happened.. not worth the $5 dollar savings at all.

This DG is so small you can barely get around or get more than one person in an aisle let alone a cart.
