Pet Supplies Plus is my store to go to when shopping for my little boys. I love to visit the kitties up for adoption when visiting. I always have a great time shopping and picking out food and gifts for my little boys. Great store, great sales, great people. The staff always treats you with personal care.

Staff works hard: stocking, manning the floor, helping customers, keeping the place clean, aiding customers find what they need, and taking tine to greet a "pet".They work hard and sometimes are under- appreciated. Also as a registered customer, one receives periodic coupons. And the store carries Organic products; which the bag in the photo below, puts it so well: "I love this stuff".The Salesman John is great at Customer Service and very good at salesmanship.

I love this pet store. They have a wide variety of higher quality pet foods you cannot find in the grocery store. I can find everything I need for my cats. Frequent sales are definitely a plus.

I brought my puppy to get a collar and leash. The staff was extremely helpful. They took the time to make sure the collar was a proper fit. When my pup decided to make a mess on the floor, I asked another employee if they had a clean up station I could use. The young lady brought over some supplies even took time out of her day to clean it up for me. Another small business that I will gladly visit more often and promote to family and friends!!

Went to this store for the first time last weekend. The people in there were super nice too young girls They were very helpful and polite. Excellent customer service. Unfortunately the next day I had to take back and exchange the harness as it didn't fit where I remember the young boys name was Sam. He said they do personal fittings for harnesses and that instead of an exchange you give me a refund he would hold my choices and I could bring back my dog. Very informative super nice and very smart about what I wanted in a harness and what my choices would be thank you guys

This is a really nice and convenient little pet store. They have a much better selection than anything else anywhere near here. The prices are good, and the employees are always nice.We’ll keep going back for our pet needs.

I love this store! It is always clean and well stocked. I take my dogs there for bathing and the area is clean, dry and well stocked. The workers are always nice and willing to help. I highly recommend it.

I went to the store to buy my new puppy supplies. One of the workers asked me if I needed help. I told her no, that we had adopted a new puppy. She asked me what kind. I told her it was an 8 week oldGerman shepherd. She then went on to lecture me about how I couldn’t handle a German shepherd?? That they aren’t good family dogs (I had my 3 year old with me). And went on and on about how her boyfriend has a shepherd and they are hard to train etc. I don’t know why she thought that this was appropriate conversation but also, what about me gave the impression I’m not qualified to have this dog? What makes a person qualified to own a specific breed?? It was a bizarre conversation. She also could not read any social cues. I kept walking away as I was done with the conversation and she continued to follow me and talk down to me. I was so put off, I put everything back and purchased $200 of supplies at tractor supply.

Come for the selection, stay for the friendly staff. I love the location a few doors down from Walmart, but that's not all I love. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The store is overflowing with selection and always clean and organized. Make sure you sign up for their rewards program to receive new offers each week--my last visit I saved a bundle between the dry food on steep sale and my 20% off from the rewards program.

Good for supplies like dog food, tanks, and reptile belongings but do not buy fish. Ive got 2 in the past 48 hours. 1st died so i went and got another the next day now the 2nd one is dead. Going to get a refund of my fish and not getting any fish from there anymore.

The staff (2 girls) greeted me as soon as I entered the store, They were able to answer my question regarding food for my cat with a sensitive stomach. I recently just moved into the are and will be a regular customer!

This place always has the cat food that I get for my girls. They have coupons that they send out every so often (which really helps, because Science Diet is expensive). They help with cat adoptions by having a couple cats who are looking for homes in cages in the store. It’s easy to fall in love with cats when you see them. I think they treat the animals very well there. Also everyone who works there has been nice.

The staff are friendly, and there is ample parking thanks to its location in a shopping outlet. When my wife and I go, it seems more often than not they don't carry the item(s) we're looking for or are currently out of the item. 3 stars because there are better specialized pet stores in the area like Cape Horn Pets or That Fish Place That Pet Place.

The staff has been really great!They helped with selecting correct sizes for harnesses and leashes and my dogs e-collar. The selection of food and treats are really great as well. What kind of pet store doesn't have pet gates? It's saying something when Walmart has supplies you don't. Also, if your pet's needs are anything other than the most generic, basic brand out there, they don't have it. I miss the previous pet store, they had a much better selection.I shouldn't have to order in supplies when I go to a store. I might as well just order the supplies elsewhere online at that point.UPDATE 5/21/22Their selection seems to have improved. Raising to 4/5 stars.

I would give them a higher star value after 2 or more visits. The reason for two stars; their opening week you were unable to get to ANYTHING, pallets filled with product were placed in front of ever aisle. You could not really shop for anything, stay closed if you have to, take the time to stock the shelves. Don't open and embarrass yourself. This creates a hazard for your potential customers and doubt. Glad you opened your store but mmmmmm. Keep trying maybe next week.OK ALL, update since they have been open awhile, everything has gotten better. Clean, organized, and have supplies. I’m glad they have picked up and are creating a great store to depend on.

Expensive! I stopped in to get some canned food for my dog while in PA. I feed him Hill’s Science Diet and I’m used to paying around $2.79 a can but here it was $3.48 a can. Even worse, the sticker on the shelf listed the price as $3.38, so not only is there food more expensive, you also can’t trust the prices shown on the shelves.
