Our Mindy has been their customer since they first opened.Autumn and Ryan have always treated Mindy with kindness and warm hearts!Our 120 lb Yellow Lab loves them both and is very excited to see them every month for her bath, brushing, and nail trimming!We drive 30 miles so they can take care of our girl!!

Ryan and Autumn are consummate professionals. They took very good care of my Samoyed. That breed is notoriously difficult to groom with a thick undercoat and a beautiful upper coat of vitally important guard hairs. Add in that my dog has a disability and you can see why a groomer's professionalism, skill, and love for what they do is so important.I'm updating this review to say that Ryan and Autumn are not just groomers now. To Sody, my Samoyed, they are very special friends. She loves them, and it is quite obvious that they love her.

Ryan and Autumn have always gone above and beyond. Our puppy dog is the biggest cuddler but has issues with other animals. They have always accommodated him by staying late after normal operating hours just so he can have the place to himself. I highly recommend them for all your fur baby grooming needs... Not to mention they always put up awesome pics of your animals😁🐕

Autumn and Ryan are awesome! We rescued two dogs a month ago and they really needed to be groomed. They are very timid (as they were abused) and they are bonded. I explained all that to Ryan who assured me they could work with them. As soon as we arrived, I knew our girls were in good hands! They were so kind and gentle and they allowed the girls time to ‘investigate’ (even though they hid under the chairs 😊). They didn’t rush us out the door either (knowing we were nervous). When we picked them up, they looked so fresh and clean! We were told that they made sure the girls always saw one another at all times during the whole process and they were put in the same crate when done. This made me feel so good. They really took care of our girls and I’m so thankful for that!

They are the best. I have a GSD I can't bathe and a bully mixed breed who won't let you near her toenails. Ryan was able to do both without issue. He's very kind and soft spoken. Highly recommend

Professional service and are kind on grooming fur babies. They listen to how you like the dogs to look. The shop is clean. The also call/text when grooming is finished so your dog doesn't spend all day in a cage, which can be stressful for your babies.

My 9 year old fur baby had only ever been to a groomer one other time so I was super nervous to drop him off. As soon as I walked into Pawsitive Serenity, I felt the "Pawsitive" energy! Ryan was GREAT with Maximus. He walked around holding him, like it was his own fur baby. That made me happy. Autumn called me to come pick him up when he was ready. When I arrived he was just chilling in a very content state, waiting for mom. 🙋🏼‍♀️ They did a GREAT job grooming him and he smelled FABULOUS! I typically groom him myself but they DEFINITELY do a way better job! I will absolutely be bringing Maximus back and we will try to bring our rotten dog (the min pin) in too. Thanks Autumn and Ryan. You guys are fantabulous! 😁
