Both Mike and his employee at Spoke's were very helpful with a problem I was having assembling a kid's bike I was gifted. When we were unsuccessful resolving the issue, we were able to procure a replacement bike from the manufacturer. Based on this positive experience, their expertise and excellent customer service, next time I will purchase a bike directly from Spoke's! 🚲

Spokes is the best bike shop in PA! The owners have been in business 15+ years and are avid bikers. When you walk into the shop you will most likely be greeted by their super sweet shop dog who is also just the absolute cutest puppo you have ever seen 😍 they have plenty of the best bikes on the market, lots of tools or odds and ends for your biking needs, and they also service bikes too at a very affordable rate. Cannot recommend this local business enough!

Bought three children's bike before Xmas. One bike was used and the gears were to hard for my 6 year old to turn. We took it back and they fixed the bike very quickly. Great service! Great bike shop! Thank you🙏.

Male bike, somehow saddle position got moved to incorrect position. We purchased 2 bikes @ SPOKES in Feb, also a carrier. They were very willing to adjust seat to correct saddle position. It didn't take long, very accommodating. We were able to take a nice ride in the shade on the Bartram trail. Also when we picked our bikes up in March, the employee helped us insert carrier & loaded our bikes onto carrier.

I purchased three or more bikes at Spokes over the years under both sets of management. No issues with the purchases, but I had two major repairs performed there in recent times and both failed completely. I do not recommend Spokes for service work.

Fast, affordable---and liberty-loving. I've sold a bike, bought a bike, and got 2 other bikes repaired here. My homeschooled boys are happy campers--and with bikes to channel their energy, so is my lovely wife :)

Stopped by to look at bikes with my wife, for a bike she was purchasing. Previously stopped in and talked to the owner who was very friendly, and informative. Gary helped us today and is very knowledgeable and friendly. You couldn't ask for a better environment. Excellent product for the price as well!

They made my elderly father take out his bike from the car and then completely ignored him, while they laughed amongst themselves. My father ended up leaving after waiting there for half an hour and realizing these people were unwilling to offer any assistance. I’m completely disgusted by this place and will never do business with people who treat others this way.

Went to get tires set up for tubeless and they put tubes in. Went back to get brakes bled and fix tires. Noticed the front was put on wrong according to the rotation arrow on the sidewalk. Asked them to make sure they put it on correct this time. They did not fix my brakes and now the rear tire is backwards. I will now be going somewhere else.

They have a pretty wide selection of bikes Like Haro,Giant,Specialized,and Trek which is nice compared to Martians which only carry Giant but they hooked up with a bike and got a pretty good price on it and have very friendly Clientell especially the owner
