Amazing selection of.everything. I usually come here to get keys made, but there's so much more! Also,.don't pay crazy prices at a car dealer for a new car key. Get a custom programmed key here for 1/3rd the price!

Support local business! The employees here are always SO helpful. They are very knowledgeable. You can bring a bolt or nut in and they can just look at it and immediately know what you need. The hardware section cannot be beat.

Do not do business with this company. I put a deposit on a shed and called them in just a few days to let them know I was no longer able to buy it. They were extremely rude and wouldn’t even listen to my explanation. All they would say was “bye bye deposit”. When I first called to make my deposit they never told me the deposit was non-refundable. I’m sure they didn’t lose any sale in just a few days time so I called to speak to a manager. He apologized for the rudeness of whoever spoke to me and said he would gladly refund my deposit. He called back later and left me a message that he was not able to give me my money. Confused I called and asked for an explanation and I found out that the rude person I had spoken to who kept telling me “bye bye deposit” was the OWNER.

I have a love/hate relationship with them. I love that whatever I'm looking for, they probably have it. I hate the prices.Plus it's only a quarter mile from me so that's good. Yeah they're alright.

Very helpful, courteous staff. They have just about anything you need.I really have just one complaint. I'd say 80 % of their merchandise is awfully pricey. For example, a non refillable fireplace lighter, is all but $10.00, a pair of regular kitchen tongs, made of metal (not the best) almost $18.00. But to be fair, their nuts, bolts, small stuff like that is priced well. So I'll give them 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The place is clean, neat, and organized. And like I said, there's always someone to help you out.

Knowledgeable electrical and plumbing staff has us coming back since the 1980's. However the prices are higher than they should be. The new staff is busy discussing their health issues and politics when they should be cleaning up the dust in housewares !We have been determined to buy local instead of buying from the big box store north on Rte 61 but the high prices are just too much.Give us a reason to come back. Review the prices of the ancient inventory that is on the shelf for years, reduce prices, clean up and hire staff that is there to work not socialize.

Has many items here and therefore i can skip the big box stores, orange and blue. A few bucks more but less mileage anf fuel/time makes up for it. Employees are quick to show you locations of what you need too.

I needed a skid loader for the job that I had to do. I explained in detail what I needed and they sent the wrong equipment. I still had to pay for the equipment even though I didn't use it. I am extremely disappointed with the service that I received. They couldn't even work with me or give me a discount for sending the wrong equipment. They are extremely greedy and they will do anything to make a buck. They also charged me a delivery fee on top of the rental fee. They quoted me a price for the rental but failed to tell me that there would be an additional charge to deliver the equipment. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I will never rent or buy anything from them again

Such a great place. They have just about everything you could need, hard to find parts and pieces, excellent selection of tools, etc. I have never been there and been treated rudely. Today, for example, I left my wallet and the cashier smiled and said "thats ok, I will hold your stuff until you get back". No snarky looks or anything. On top of that, when buying gas tools, they fill with gas and start your purchase before you leave. I absolutely love it there. Do yourself a favor and check it out. Oh and... I received a coupon on my birthday. Now that is service!!

IT'S WHAT A HARDWARE STORE SHOULD BE. Looking for knowledgeable associates who are versed in their inventory and in the trades? THIS IS THE PLACE.Many times I have worked through project planning with Cody and the gang. They're smart and they have thoughtful ideas that aren't bodges. Whether it was for our farm, remodeling work, or my mechanical work, I spend my money here because it's worth it for the quality services they provide.Don't take my word for it -- just look in the lot as you drive by. They have a great selection of hardware that you can buy in quantities to fit a small or big project.And their rental equipment department is extensive.
