The 4 by 4 inch goat and sheep pen wire 48 inch by 16 feet worked great for the deck. And it was $40.00 less at Shippensburg then other stores. Would use agin.

We purchased a picnic table and after spending hours assembling it, found that the tabletop was damaged. We asked if we could bring just the top back and switch it with the top of the other set they had (there were 2 in the store). We were told we couldn't do that...we would have to disassemble the entire thing, return it and buy the other one and have to assemble it. How does that make sense? Either way, they end up with a damaged table to return to the manufacturer and we end up with an undamaged table. The only difference I can see is one way is simple and the other way will take us literally hours to accomplish. Not my idea of good customer service. Very disappointing.

Clean store. I mainly go to this store for their dog wash station. It has two bays so two dogs can be washed at the same time. Pretty good price. The cashiers are very nice

My kitten has pink eye and cant get her to the vet until Thursday, so my dad told me about terramycin. I went to CVS first to see of they had terramycin, the pharmacist was very rude and said you needed a prescription, but recommended the tractor supply store. Got to the store at 830, felt so bad it was so late, but the employees were so helpful, answerd all my questions and even told me a few places to get her spayed. I didn't give it 5 stars because we waited in line for almost 15 mins, but other than that I highly recommend this store. I will be returning!

Tractor Supply itself is good. This review is specifically about the vet hospital in the back of the store.The vet that was on call when I brought in my rescue kitten does not seem to like cats very much. As from the start of my visits he manhandled my cat who was not hissing or scratching or resisting in any fashion. When did get upset there was no attempt to calm him down only more manhandling and holding him down. There was just very little care what it to the well-being of the cat and his attitude. When it became apparent that I was upset with their services the vet decided to come out and explain to me in a very condescending tone why the cat was upset without taking into account that I have raised many cats before over the years.I will not be returning to this particular Veterinary Station unless it is an absolute emergency. And I encourage anyone who owns a cat to not bring them here either

I brought my puppy Winston in for shots and a wellness check. He had issues with his ears. The staff did a check and found the problem. They found a few other issues too. They were able to identify the problems and were able to give him the medication needed to cure it. They gave me advice on a few other things. This is my first time owning a dog. The staff were very helpful. I will continue to bring Winston to them

I always appreciate people that go above and beyond. I was considering a large purchase, a 3pt tiller, but I had a few concerns. Cole got involved and addressed my concerns; therefore, I took my new tiller home on Sunday! I have a 75 pounds Rottweiler who HATES getting her nails trimmed so I decided to try tractor supply for some help. From start to finish Missi and her team were AMAZING! Although it took 5 of us to muzzle, hold, and comfort my doggy, the ladies there today were so patient and calm. I will be taking my doggy here from now on for most of our needs! They definitely earned our business!

Don’t use the PetVet online prescription service through Tractor Supply as a call in prescription.They are not Better Business Accredited and they charged me shipping 3 times for one order and would not correct it.Payment was placed over the telephone and they would not supply a receipt.

Tried to get meds for my dog who was going thru some pain after pregnancy. They marked the meds wrong, had me dosing her twice the recommendation. Then they tried to get me to buy another bottle without taking responsibility for the miscommunication. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

If I could I would give them to stores but we havant a pool long Trailer dump 4 yard tractor the wheel fell off then we bought a rototiller that the clutch will not engage we did get our money back for that then we bought a pressure washer return that one and got it another one and had the same issue with a compressor one and turn on and all they want to do is give a gift card Tractor Supply has went downhill with their products they sell and their customer service go to Lowe's John Deere anywhere for Tractor Supply
