I have been going to TSC VIP pet clinic for over 10 years with all of my dogs. This visit was by far the worst. We did wait an hour and half which is fine. I am used to that. But the staff was just very slow. Seemed to be just standing around a lot with a long line. Also they took care of a customer that came in after us. They gave the dog their shots in line. That customer was there maybe 5 minutes. That is not fair at all. Everyone should be expected to wait their turn. I will be back and I hope the service is better next time.

I took my 1.5 year old Cavalier King Charles/Sheltie mix and my 11 year old Husky/Lab mix dogs here to get their rabies shots. The only thing was that the wait was long but that's because they get so much business in there. I also wish they would be open more than just Wednesday and Fridays. All in all great care for my pets and very kind and friendly. Will definitely return here in the future.

I've been here twice and both times they have treated my dog with excellent care and asked us if we wanted to do extra testing or vaccines or nail clipping before doing it and giving us the price that would cost. They were very thorough especially when going over after care instructions.

Super affordable compared to your usual veterinary office. The wait went fairly quick, the staff were very friendly, all in all a good experience. I took in my sick cat who had an upper respiratory infection and ear infection and for the exam, rabies vaccine and medication for his URI and ear infection everything came out to $113 which is GREAT compared to the local vet I had called before taking him here that wanted to charge me $160 right off the bat just for a new patient exam and vaccines that he didn't even need that were mandatory for him to get if I wanted him to be seen and treated. I would have paid more than $200 taking him to the local vet, times are hard right now and I just couldn't afford anything over $120 if I'm being honest. But I couldn't just have him go untreated. Super thankful for this wellness center in TSC!! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an affordable pet clinic to take their sick cat/dog to or even just take their pet to for a regular exam or vaccinations. Everything they do is extremely affordable and I cannot stress that part enough! Will definitely be coming here for any future visits my cat may need!

Had to wait 2 and a half hours to see vet. Got there before noon in line. Statement didn’t have what I paid for nail trimming and check-up. Had papers, don’t understand why had to have physical so she could get nails trim?

Very efficient and caring staff! More affordable and excellent explanations and recommendations after the appointment. I like the email visit feedback. The only thing I don’t like is that I have to watch from a window on the door and can’t go in and they offer basic care, not everything other vet services offer, but I truly appreciate them! I have multiple cats and can’t afford anything else.

I took my pet to the PetVet Clinic in Shippensburg Pa and was very pleased with the experience. There are no appts, so there can be a wait, the experience was still good. I was able to speak directly with the vet, vaccinations were given and tests performed, all for about $150 less than a typical vet visit. While the service they offer is great for puppies and dogs that are relatively healthy, not sure this is the route for serious issues. Bottom line, for my purposes, it was an excellent experience!

The staff was knowledgable and professional. The veterinarian educated me on how to better care for my dog's skin condition at home. My dog was very nervous and a little difficult, but they were very understanding and provided a comforting experience for her. I am thankful to have access to competent, same day service. This office is a good value and service for the cost.

Only been there once, but great vet team. They answered all my questions, we nice and proficient with my puppy, and even explained all the preventative medications and their benefits and what I really need to keep my puppy healthy. Prices are reasonable! I called a local vet before finding Pet Vet and it would have cost more money to do less at the vet. They ended up finding that my dog had ear mites, and even with them cleaning it out and treating him it was still less than what I was originally quoted just for a checkup and the vaccinations he needed for 16 weeks.My only complaint is that it can be difficult to get a hold of people in the clinic on the phone, but I found that if I call the main number of the store they're located in, I can get the clinic schedule since the schedule can change based on vet availability (at least in my area/Shippensburg PA).

They said my dog has fleas well we went home and I checked her whole body for over a hour and did not find any fleas on her and there are no fleas in my house or my car if she had them wouldn’t they be in my house as well?

A wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff! Dr. G and his staff were awesome at explaining everything from start to finish throughout our dog's entire appointment. We did arrive last minute, but we never felt rushed, and the staff took their time in examining Axle, and exemplified outstanding customer service and care. We highly recommend services provided by PetVet in Shippensburg.

FYI....No longer a clinic and now a wellness center. Meaning.... You have to pay for a physical. You can't just get the rabies shot and leave. Ended up costing twice as much.
