Honestly a great location except for the fact the an employee that goes by Sandy going completely ballistic yesterday and literally yelling at the top of her lungs because I brought in my puppy. (That was on a leash and in my wagon. Never barked made a mess or anything). She stared me down the whole time before proceeding to yell at another employee saying we put her $10,000 service dog at risk. A simple hey ma’am during these hours I have my service dogs on shift with me please refrain from bringing other dogs in the store would’ve been more than enough. Quite frankly she’s made me quite uncomfortable. I’ve never had problems. And considering she lets her “service dogs” play with other dogs feels like she just likes to pick and choose. I’ve brought my other puppy in with her on shift and NEVER had a problem till yesterday. THANK YOU to Crystal for standing up for me!! Looks like I’ll stick to going in during night time hours from now on.

Good employees. The older employee helped me out when my body collapsed in the store, I have moderate autism, and that day I collapsed he went to get me a chair, and talked to me to help me calm down. He was very professional and it goes along way with me

Wide variety of products/brands and has the largest grocery/refrigerated section I have ever seen in a DG. Store was clean, self checkout located appropriately for efficiency when there is a line. I would recommend this for everyday shopping or to get supplies while enjoying the Allegheny National Forest.

Have been in Sheffield with my elderly Mom during the pandemic and visit the store almost every day. All of the staff are SUPER nice and helpful and the store is well stocked, organized and clean. Best dollar store I’ve ever been in, including those in Pittsburgh where I live 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Clean, fast, and easy to find items. I hate that the isles r getting thinner to fit more isle's in. You have to back out of a isle if someone is walking down them too. I also find it irritating that you have to wait for a cashier to see you or you have to yell to get checked out. The manager should have to people working. One to stalk and one to run cash registers.

Sales staff unpleasant, rude and disgruntled. Heard manager complaining to self while stocking shelf; registers go down and sales clerk just stands there waiting while a dozen people wait in line. Boxes all over, can not get through the aisle as items sit on large carts waiting for stocking. What should have been a 10minute trip was over 30minutes.

Sheffield DG is more expensive than Walmart for a lot of things. Cat food and cat litter cost more at DG than they do at our little grocery store in town. I am disappointed in the hike in prices the DG has made. It is convenient because of the location in our town.

Store is clean. Some of the cashiers are very friendly and some are melancholy. That is the only draw back of the Sheffield Dollar General.
