walked in and was seated right away! all staff was so friendly ! I asked the waitress and her name was PENNY. her personality is hands down what made the service even more impeccable. The food was amazing and hands down the best omelette i've ever eaten. place is on the money and so glad we stopped. the waitress was the best and most def the reason we willcome back to this restaurant on our annual road tripagain.ps-get the onion rings

Nice, spacious family restaurant with a cute little salad bar and great prices all around. I rarely see salad bars anymore so I really appreciated this one. It included fresh veggies, several varieties of bread, homemade salads, and a hot bacon dressing (which was unfortunately not hot anymore). Friendly service. I found the soup a bit salty but the food was generally fresh and enjoyable.

Went for Easter with family yesterday and the waitress was extremely rude for no reason. She would just constantly walk away from us while we asked her for things, let someone order off kid's menu but wouldn't serve them the whole meal then, and came up to us rushing us out saying the restaurant closed 5 minutes ago but no one else was told that or rushed out. The service just ruined the experience of being together and she only gave us option to order off menu, when we wanted the buffet (which was still set up).

Ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fries. The fries were cold and soggy. The pork had a funky taste....it tasted old...like freezing the meat for 2 years, then pulling it out and using it as if it were fresh. I expected more from a family owned small community restaurant...the food wasn't prepared with any love or finesse. I won't be back. There are too many other options. A waste of $12. 🤮🤮🤮

What a really nice place! Looks older outside than the inside is. Clean. Fairy updated and right off the highway. Got 3 breakfast meals for under $30.00. The omelette was really good, could have been sightly larger but honestly perfect for the average person. The potatoes were sooooo good! Friendly service. No wait for a late breakfast. So happy we stopped!

We eat here a few times each year and always enjoyed it until our recent visit. The waitress must have really been having a bad day because she was miserable and grouchy from the moment she took our drink order. The place wasn't busy, we were practically the only customers on a Saturday afternoon. Some of our food was good, but two people in our party ordered the gyros. The meat in both sandwiches was dried out like jerky and when they brought it to the attention of the waitress she went to the kitchen and told the cook. We were then told they've been getting meat from the same supplier for over a year. No apologies, no offer to fix the problem or allow us to order something else. We then told the man at the cash register when we were paying. He said he was sorry, but no offer to do anything else. While we were eating, a waitress at another table began yelling at a customer about a salad the person apparently wasn't supposed to have. Maybe the customer was wrong, but it could have been handled without the yelling. After this experience we won't be going back.

Wow, about the worst meal we had in a long time. Salad bar was awful, brown lettuce, mushy tomatoes, old broccoli. Entree was Bland mashed potatoes and tough fatty tasteless old roast beef and barely warmed veggies with a milkshake served in a small water glass. All for 55 bucks for 2 people??? Wow? At least the coffee was fair. Don't waste time on this, leftovers from the fridge would be much better

Idk want to say but the roasted turkey is pretty good I got the grilled cheese supreme and I’ll just say I’m not getting it again and the salad bar there were no labels on there in case somebody has allergies and limited options and on the salad plates were crumbs and finger prints and the service out of a 5 out of 10 I personally do not recommend

We were heading to WV so this was a good stop for lunch. Easy off/ on the highway. Both the food and service was good. Plenty of seating and parking.

Atmosphere was as expected and the restaurant host was very nice and accommodating, very sweet man. The "fresh" crab cakes were just horrible however, they were wet and not particularly even moderately full of crab. Menu should be pared down and done well rather than having too many offerings that come from frozen stock. Totally disappointing.

I was staying across the road at the motel 6 and needed a dinner. Went into the Blue mountain restaurant and I was incredibly impressed real simple decor but pleasant clean the waitress was happy and and safe. I was most impressed with my meal I ordered a t-bone steak because it was affordable on the menu only $19 but what I got was a plate full of food. I've stopped at other places and ordered similar but what I got here was very impressive it was a full weight steak even after cooking it was cooked to perfection as I asked seasoned well the side dishes were good and I left there unable to eat the whole thing. Very impressed very very good stop would recommend this stop for anyone coming along route 78 if you see the sign I can get off in time get off and have a great meal.

The staff was so welcoming and warm. The food was flavorful and hot. The pies and ice cream were the 'icing on the cake'. Baked goods are available at the door.

Great diner faire with a respectable kids menu. The decor is a little dated, but seems to be part of its charm.. My club sandwich was delicious, and my lunch partner said it was avery good hot dog and fries. This is easy access from I 78, and a perfect place to stop before or after your visit to Roadside America. Prices are reasonable, too.

2022.09.30.... I'm a trucker, parked for some time here at the Love's until I can get my truck part in and then repaired.... I walked over to this restaurant, ordered 2 Chicken Parm dinners and with 2 slices of Cheesecake, the pasta was excellent, it was Linguini (that was a pleasant surprise), the chicken portion was GIGANTIC!!! some 7" in size.... total cost was about $42, i added $15 for the Tip.... if I may suggest tho, place several chicken portions simmering in the sauce, allowing the bottom of the chicken breast to have sauce on it and the flavor of the sauce to cook thru it (something like that), and at times scooping and placing some sauce on top too, I'll show pics on the before and after on the 2nd dinner I had the next day.... the way I prepared the 2nd dinner, placed on foil, by first placing the pasta on the foil and adding some more sauce on top for the chicken breast to rest on, then added some sauce on top of the chicken breast, then placed on a rack, placed it into my InstaPot with some water under the rack, and Pressure cooked it for 2.5minutes, think maybe another 1minute would have been better.... and enjoyed my 2nd Chicken Parm dinner!!!!😊

We loved this family restaurant in the beautiful Pennsylvania countryside. We had very friendly service, with a gentle touch. Chicken tenders for the kids, moussaka and kebab for adults. Enjoy the full bar. Thanks staff for a great meal!

Completely fine and typical roadside diner breakfast. Service was fast and friendly. Menu was fine. Food was fine. Nothing special at all. You could do worse for sure but you can also find better.
