This is the best DQ in the area! Always friendly service and great treats. My Pup and I always enjoy stopping for Ice Cream (and the occasional cheeseburger). Ashley is a top notch Manager here and she keeps finding ways to make this establishment better. She is always willing to help the customers and provide her tips for the best treats out there!

Workers dont know the difference between medium and large as there almost always the same size but they still charge you different prices there needs to be a standard size chart for them to go by example photo chocolate Sunday is large and strawberry on is a medium always happens

I recommend the blizzards. They are very good. Good service, great food. The bbq chicken tenders are awesome. I just wish their fry containers were a bit bigger. You won't be disappointed.!

This is a welcomed new addition to the area. The staff are friendly and the service has been quick even with the large traffic through the drive thru. I love the cookie dough blizzard, and having it just down the road makes it a great place to stop after dinner for a tasty treat. I hope they continue to have success as the seasons go.

Great atmosphere and workers. Sat down at a table with my grandmas for her first time there was food on the table from last customers. . The pop in the machine needed changed it had no more syrup. . The new cook made a small error with her sandwich but being new is excusable that along with I waited 20 min for ice cream to come out of the dispenser for my to go meal because the icecream was frozen . . Great atmosphere! Just needs a bit better upkeep

There was eight girls in there and they weren’t doing anything. I waited 20 minutes for my food. And I even called them. I ordered 2 chili cheese dogs with a blizzard. I’m pretty sure there was a manager too. I was also in the drive-through looking at them doing nothing.

"Rotiserie style chicken" all I got was clearly microwaved, half cold greasy pieces of chicken griddle & grissle. To top it off I got to dip it in lumpy, cold gravy and greasy cold salt saturated French fries... what an experience. I thought Dairy Queen was a step above fast-food? I'll stick to a blizzard if I EVER go here again.

Every bit as nice as the one in Hermitage only smaller. Staff was extremely fast, i was surprised how quick i got my food. Generally speaking DQ always takes a little longer than your average fast food place but not this one. I was in and out in a snap.

Best dairy queen in this area! They also have donuts! My son has sensory issues and can not have ice cream. It's so nice we can get him donuts there! Please keep the donuts !

This DQ is new and looks great. With the situation in the world now dont expect your visit to be quick. They do keep the line moving and the ice cream I ordered was very good. Prices were in line with other DQ's in the area but saying that I still feel DQ is overpriced vs their competitors. I did not see calorie counts on their menus which I thought needed to be up.

I have gone only 3 times since they opened and I will say it's worth driving out of my way to Hermitage DQ. I have ordered a milkshake at this DQ and it was more like chocolate milk. Another time I ordered an oreo blizzard and I got vanilla ice cream with oreo shavings. Today I ordered a medium milkshake and I know it was a small, though they say it was medium. It wasn't mixed well and they didn't put whipcream on top. This may sound like it's no big deal to some but to me DQ is expensive and I expect to get what I pay for. Go to the Hermitage DQ, always great service and food/ice cream.

Order a small S'mores BLIZZARD and received someone else medium m&m blizzard. How hard is it to check the order on the bag before putting an item in the bag? Reading reviews this is not an uncommon issue.

We have tried to go to this Dairy Queen numerous times since they had opened. Every time there has ALWAYS been something wrong with our order. A few examples...*Bacon was COLD to the touch on a burger that we ordered and sat down to eat there.*Asked them to make a blizzard with chocolate icecream, they used vanilla and put some chocolate sauce in it.*Burger has come out COMPLETELY wrong with nothing we asked for on it.*Got a brownie and oreo cupfection and they didn't put Oreos on it.Plus sundaes pretty much come out all the same size.Each of these happened on separate occasions. Today was the LAST time I go there. I will drive the couple extra miles to a different DQ.

The place is new very clean. And they have everything that dairy Queen has to offer. It is a brand new big store. Have a great fish sandwich with onion rings.

I grew up living right down the road from this DQ and visited it frequently. It's not the newest building but the food and ice cream is like any other DQ. The place is smaller with places to sit and eat outside the building. It's a good place to stop and get a treat after dinner.

Girl at counter needs a few lessons. How to smile, listen to customers when they are ordering. She was more interested in her friend that was hanging out at the side counter. Maybe she was just having a bad day, because she gave the impression that she hated her job. The girl who brought out the order was total opposite, smiled and was friendly.

The food I get is always old because it’s hard and dried out I wouldn’t recommend coming here for hot food of course the ice cream never disappoints though

This dairy queen is horrible. They don't understand the different sizes. They also don't know how to mix the ice cream for blizzards or what goes on what. The last time I was there my food was cold after the fact they forgot some of it. They need to get their act together.

Restaurant was very, very clean! Food preparation was on point and done with care! Employees were very attentive and patient. Highly recommend! Warm atmosphere to bring your family for a meal and dessert!

I go to dairy queen because the food is made fresh. I went there several weeks ago and the food was ready when i got to the window. You could tell everything had sat under a light. Thats something you expect to get at mcdonalds. Vert disapointed

Over $5 for a large Oreo blizzard. All vanilla ice cream and not a hint of an Oreo cookie until 3/4 of the way through. Twice now. Never again Sharpsville DQ.

This is my local DQ been there with the family 5 times I order the brownie batter blizzard every time I get the cup half full cant make a twist cone 2 out of 3 times there they are robbing people for a half cup of icecream every cup
