This place is the worst. Every single time we have to go there is either an issue with the insurance or the prescription isn't ready HOURS after they receive it. Today the Dr called in a prescription almost 3 hours before I went to pick it up and when I arrived they inform me it's going to be at least another 30-45 more minutes so I left. When I came back almost two hours later it STILL wasn't ready! This place is ridiculous and it's no wonder they filed for bankruptcy since it's clear knowing how to run a business is beyond them.

2 employees helped my mother after she left the pharmacy and was waiting for her transportation - which was delayed. My mother was distressed and feeling faint. They gave her a chair, water, and one of the workers let her use her cell phone to call her ride again. Acts like this is how we change the world for the better one step at a time. Thank you!

The pharmacist and the folks who have been there a while are great, friendly people.There are a few assistants who are arrogant young men behind the counter from time to time; good help is hard to find. I would never go anywhere else. My mother was a pharmacist's assistant at a different Rite Aid years ago...keep in mind that if your RX isn't ready on time, that could also (probably) be your doctor's fault.

This store has such friendly employees….Melody and Shawn are so caring, efficient, and friendly they make my visits to the store enjoyable. Management is fantastic! They always help when I need it and make me feel welcome in the store. Everyone is So friendly!! Best sales associates at this location!! Corporate Rite Aide should acknowledge all these store employees (Melody, Shawn and all management) and let them know they are appreciated! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This pharmacy is the WORST Rite Aid to go to!!! Ur prescriptions that was faxed in at 11:30 was not ready til 1:00! I understand u get busy, however there were 4 ppl in the pharmacy!!! Ur telling me with 4 ppl working it STILL takes over an hour?! Especially when the script was faxed over to “save time”!!! I ABSOLUTELY HATE going to this location not to mention some of the techs (I believe they r called that) r very rude n have a mean disposition!!! If u r in a hurry do NOT go here!!!

I have been a customer of this store/pharmacy for many years and I will no longer be. The girl at the pharmacy on 11/18/2022 was inexcusably rude!!!! I'm sorry but I did not see her name on her badge (heavy set, dark hair, glasses) this person was unbelievably disrespectful, condescending and downright classless, rolling her eyes, demanding that I roll my window down, telling me she "didn't like" my jesters during a a PERSONAL CONVERSATION THAT I WAS HAVING WITH MY FRIEND WHILE IN MY VEHICLE THAT DID NOT INCLUDE HER!!! I will get her name and share it. Jobs are high in demand and this person NEEDS FIRED!!!!!!

There are thugs (kids) hanging around the front entrance and in the parking lot during school hours. I asked the sales associate if she was going to call the police. She said they come in every day and steal things. When the police are called, she said they just scatter and then come back the next day. She was afraid to call the police.

I appreciate dealing with this pharmacy. I would like to say a kind word about Dustin in the pharmacy who went out of his way to help me resolve an issue. He was pleasant, offered a solution and then called me back in a few minutes to say he had taken care of what he said he would do. I hope his supervisors see tgis.

I've been having issues with getting my prescriptions. I have to call to check on my prescriptions just for them to tell me they're not ready, but yet they've had the order for hours. Then when I get there hours after I called, I get told it's still not ready. This has happened on multiple occasions, I'm at the point where I'm switching pharmacies.

Only one person is nice in the pharmacy. The others are always so rude or snooty. When they have you sign the paper at the end to "decline consult" a couple of the ladies will walk away from the window and leave your signature waiting on the clipboard in the drawer. Sorry, I will not pull away and leave my signature sitting there for the next car . Another issue is waiting HOURS to get a prescription filled. I have to end up going home for an hour or 2, then get my sick child back into the car just to wait in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes for someone to eventually come to the window. If you call before going to the store, you always get the same story, "we're backed up." Maybe they need to get more people in there who knows what they're doing so they aren't backed up every single day!

My favorite pharmacy and pharmacists.... courteous and always willing to help. No matter how busy they are they still treat you as if you're the only customer.... The store holds all my needs including my Christmas gifts to all seasonal items...Highly satisfied

Been waiting on hold to see if a prescription was ready for over 15 minutes. Pharmacy messes up my husband's medicine all the time. And they are very rude in the Pharmacy

The worst pharmacy in town! Super slow! The drive through is a complete joke! They are doing full consultations through the window! Like never go here. Walgreens is across the street and they are fast and respect people's time!

Idk amyone uses this place!! The staff is friendly, well most of them, but they are ridiculously busy, when Im sick ot my kids I want the dr to call in the script and I want to leave the dra and just grab it and go home but nooo you have to go home and drag your sick child back out, 11am was our dr appt and my sons script wasnt in until 7pm he could of being feeling better by then, and if you go in there and sit and waitbits only 30 mins but if you drop it off its atleast 2 hours....Im done with their stress and moved onto a family own pharmacy, I get that they are busy but maybe they should stop accepting new customers if you cant fulfill the needs of your current costumers ✌

took them almost 50 minutes to get a walk in covid vaccine when on there website it clearly says come on in if your in a rush to get your vaccine. makes no sense smh

This place seriously deserves negative on there starts they deserve the worst rating I just went in there for my sons medical card and they can’t find it they took his prescription off shelf and put it on hold and the lady at the window told me it didn’t cover the prescription and then the manager told me it did but they can’t find my sons medical card this place is a joke do not go there
