AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICEI stopped by ICG yesterday and just had to write a quick review on the experience.First and foremost, I'm fairly new to the magic the gathering scene. My boyfriend loves the game and I figured that it would be a nice valentines day gift to pick him up a few packs, and would just have to enlist the help of one of the employees to help me make some good picks, since I wasn't all too sure what to get him.When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by an employee who I believe was named Cooper (please correct me if I'm wrong- I believe her official title was regarding social media management/media marketing). She was so polite and kind. I explained what I was trying to do. I was admittedly nervous, but Cooper was extremely knowledgeable, and really helped guide me. She was very understanding, and so amazingly personable. It really made the trip a fantastic experience. I 100% recommend ICG.I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the ICG team and to Cooper for helping me out so much!

I have been to many card shops in my life and never have been to one this organized and fairly priced. An amazing selection of Magic the Gathering, Pokémon, Warhammer and more. I've never seen any cards assorted and organized the way they have. I'm still so dumbstruck at how amazing the store is. Please stop by and check it out! Friendly service, amazing variety of products to browse through, I promise you'll probably leave with more than you intended to buy.

I have mixed feelings about this shop, while they have a good spot, my partner and I had been led to believe there was free to play MTG commander at this location. That wasn't true like at all we literally had to pay to play every, single, time. Once okay sure BOTD, Second time okay maybe we misheard, Third time nah we changed shops after that. And they screw you on trade-ins.

Amazing place. Honestly couldn't be more impressed with a card store, worth the drive. Limiting new booster per customer rather then selling online for triple the price. I wish more card stores were so commendable.

I was at a MTG Commander Night. I'm a filthy casual, very fun to learn from superfans and more advanced players. The pack kicker is a fun touch, my cat just walked up and stole my wrapper as I'm writing this. Literally just looked at my cards, sniffed it, sunk his teeth into it and ran upstairs. I love that they rotate who you play with, it's very fun getting to know everyone else. People who work here are always welcoming, funny and informative.

Great place to meet and play some cards! There's a whole section filled with tables and chairs. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable.

It’s a good shop normally. But dude wants $10 for a booster pack of Lorcana cards. That’s not cool for a local shop to up-charge regular customers like that when they get in their supply.

Great selection of gaming supplies, especially MTG. The owner Tom is a nice guy and I had a great time hanging out playing a tournament there. Also love the selection of snacks that you can't find anywhere else.

Really really cool place! I will most certainly be back. What I thought was going to be just a quick visit turned into a couple hundred dollars Magic purchase that would have quickly gotten out of hand if I hadn't stopped myself. Crazy good selection of Magic singles! I would love to stop by again and play there in the store!

I enjoyed this place, their stock is amazing and easily twice the size of most other gaming stores. It's very well organized and the pricing was fair. This was a very fun place to browse and shop.

Local card shop, very well organized. I believe it's just the owners working so they get backed up sometimes. They get to helping as quickly as they can. Great selection of cards and other board games. Prices are fair for the current market.

Best card shop in Northeast Ohio/Western Pennsylvania. Excellent service, welcoming environment and the remodel looks fantastic. The store is always clean and has a good selection of cards. Only card shop I've been to in the area that actually has good lighting.

I've only stopped in a couple of times, but the staff is super friendly and excited about the products they sell. After taking a 20-year hiatus from MTG they were super helpful in getting me back into the fold. Maybe I'll have enough confidence to show up to one of their MTG nights!

Tom and the rest of the staff are great. Good play area and great single's selection. Support you LGS and come play a few games. Remember Amazon is never going to host an FNM.

I did not know this place existed.I was on my way to a customers house, at the top of West State Street, in Ohio and had my son with me. I dropped him off at the little arcade place in downtown Sharon to play some games until I was done but they were closed. He saw this place while he was walking around trying to find something to do until i got back.He said it's a really cool place and has been going back ever since then.He said it's nice that their are finally a few places downtown to go to, to do something he's interested in and have fun.

Our son loves all things Pokemon and loves their giant food themed stuffies too. Always fun to find out what's new and looks forward to our monthly visits. Wonderfully fun!

Love the owners of this store, if you need anything game related in terms of board games, card games, dice games, fantasy games etc, they've probably got it. They also have after hours gaming club on the weekend, not sure which days exactly, where play Magic: The Gathering, and other games. They are really friendly, and they'll help you with any questions you might have.

You won't find a better place around here to shop for or play cards. Super friendly and helpful staff, great selection of cards, board games, puzzles, Legos, TTRPG books/minis, collectible toys/plushes, etc. On top of the clean organized store, they also have a very well maintained schedule of events covering MTG, Warhammer, Pokemon, etc, and keep events organized, safe, and friendly. Prizes and promos at most events. If you're looking for a place to give your local business to, or want to play with some good people, I absolutely suggest you give ICG a try!

This is an amazing local gaming shop. There aren't any others like it nearby. The bottom floor has a vast selection of games and supplies. There are both obscure and well known board games. They also have different types of roll playing games. If you don't want those there are magic, yu-gi-oh, and Pokemon cards galore. Most nights there are gaming events hosted on the top floor. They are easy to sign up for and are fun to participate in. The staff is super friendly and are easy to have a conversation with. I highly recommend visiting if you are in town.

Tom and Mikie run an amazing shop in downtown Sharon. Managing Magic tourneys is a skill all on its own. They also have boardgames like Specialty Monopoly of every flavor. They even have open versions of most of their games so you can try before you buy. It really is a great place to go and find a new game to enjoy with your family and friends. Refreshments and snacks if you need one while getting into it. Tom's knowledge of Magic cards, decks, and play styles is second to none. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Visited for a judge conference so I didn't get to see what it's like to play there, but the layout was easy to browse and the selection was about what I expected to see. Friendly staff and moderate prices.
