I stopped shopping here about a year ago, it was just dirty cramped, and the workers were always standing around doing nothing. I recently started shopping there again because the manager that’s there now seems to have everybody on track. The store is CLEAN, shelves stocked and if you ask for help form the manager she actually comes to help unlike management before.

I like everything about this store with the exception of the purple haired clerk. She screamed at me like a total jerk for being parked in the lines in front of the store after just dropping off my elderly mom and neighbor. They are working on their parking lot and there are no spaces. I work in management. I would never speak to anyone like that especially these days. One day she is going to mouth off to the wrong person. Very unprofessional and I plan on speaking to her manager.

Open and closing hours are not as listed and it seems like it keeps closing earlier than said, went up there at 9:15 and the doors were locked.

Great store! Friendly cashier! Only problem is them keeping shelves stocked. I have noticed this seems to be an issue with MOST DOLLAR GENERAL STORES! I shop at several in the Pittsburgh area. They are all good stores with many selections available, and staff is usually friendly. The problem with all of them are keeping shelves stocked. I'm sure it is from lack of staff. They all have "help wanted" signs or "hiring" posted.

The staff are great! They handle there jobs well. I give them five stars! The store on the other hand Not so great nothing ever works it take 15 minutes to buy two items because the cash registers are terrible. You need new equipment.

Love Dollar General, however this store is small and it's hard to get in and out of the parking lot. Also, it has limited parking. Because the store is right by 2 schools and is always so busy that it's usually pretty messy, but the staff is WONDERFUL! They are always friendly and happy to help you find anything.

This place has just about everything. It's really just short of a grocery store. The atmosphere is kindve dull due to the small aisles, but they make up for that by having literally anything you'd need in a pinch. Whether it's that cup of sugar for dinner, Gatorade for when you're sick, crafts supplies for last minute school projects, cheap toys for the kids, phones, tobacco products, etc. If you need something they probably have it. I've never had a problem with service here, and everyone has always been nice.

I had a decent review here. But after my wife experienced blatant disrespect and total unprofessional service. Have to post about it. The other part about being small and cramped. Still true. Some staff still decent, got a couple staff in there that needs to leave the attitude at home. Still got decent priced stuff.

This store is not a very big store. It's always crammed with boxes to be put away. It needs alot of work to be done!! The two new ones in the area is AWESOME!! The one in Farrell is SUPPER!!

Its Dollar General. The store is cluttered and unorganize. Some employees are helpful and friendly, but more are unpleasant and seem to not care. Will I go back? Yes,because it is near home, if it wasn't so close I would go somewhere else. The store needs some improvements allan around.

I used the Dollar General app. $26 at the checkout. I told the clerk no coupons were Applied. she went and got the manager. coupons were applied. I paid $16!!! No wonder they're growing so fast

I had to buy new clothes here and the young lady behind the counter let me use the restroom to change in. The cashier's were very sweet.

Cashier was helpful but when she needed to take something off my total she had to call the manager whom was very annoyed a.d short with the cashier for needing her to come out and do her job as a manager.

I go to this Dollar General because it has a convenient location to where I live but I wish it was slightly bigger and there is always a line to check out but it does carry the convenient things I need without having to go to far

Management at Farrell store was rude. Inventory is laying on the floors in the aisle. Food packs partially open. Dirty floors and multitudes of rubbish in the parking lot, which by the way is pothole infested.
