Raven at the front desk helped me into a new storage unit and was so great. She could not have made the process any easier. Raven walked me to the unit to make sure I was happy with the condition and when I approved she had me done with the paperwork in no time at all. It was a very pleasant experience and am grateful for her customer service.

Had a super smooth experience renting out my storage unit. Laurie was great to me, she went out of her way to assist me which I really appreciate ❤️❤️ I came in minutes before closing and was moving my things in after 15 minutes. Would Recommend!P.S Try not to buy your own lock rather than buying a lock from the office.

I have been a customer for almost a year, from the first time that I had walked into metro storage I was greeted with the utmost respect, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, If I could right a story about my experience it would be a short novel (smiles), I had some personal things that was going on, during that time , I had reached out to( Raven the rental manager) in a despair to see if she could help me before I lost my items, she came through for me,and eventually I was able to save my unit and move out without any stress. I was very grateful..I definitely want to thank Raven and her team .My five stars are genuine..

Traveling from CA in a cross-country RV trip, we were hit, landing our RV in a repair shop for 4 months. We tow a Jeep, so we needed to store it while we went back to CA to wait for the RV to be repaired. Long story short, there were a lot of moving parts to this adventure given we needed to rent a car from the airport and drive our dog back. From the first interaction with Laurie then Raven at Metro, I felt like a family member they were trying to help. I cannot say enough good things but in particular want to thank Laurie because I know she is not the manager, but she acted like the owner of that place concerned about taking care of her customers. She shows real pride in her work. Thanks Laurie and Raven!!!

Raven and Laurie go way above and beyond to meet and exceed expectations. I had to rent storage space from Utah for my 18 year old daughter. They were so helpful the day she moved in, and even gave her a ride to the airport. I highly recommend this business!
