Normally I don't patronize Family Dollar as I find that the stores are not well kept. The merchandise can be sub par. However I was looking for some cheap Thank You cards as I had quite a few to send out.I was however pleasantly surprised that this store was well stocked, reasonably clean, tidy and well maintained and organized. Kudos to the staff who are very helpful, knowledgeable and well mannered. Keep it up folksGood experience. ♥️

Came here on two separate occasions and had pretty good experiences both times found pretty much everything that I had needed with ease and the cashiers I’ve had both times were bothering very nice and helpful too. It’s actually pretty neat and organized on the inside compared to most other dollar stores. Would definitely come back again.

Horrible store. The manager was igmored waiting customers while the 1 cashier dealt with a customer for 15 minute while the line had 11 customers including myself waiting. This is unacceptable, the mgr should have assisted in getting the line down.

Today I went there and purchased Gain for 1.95 using their digital coupon from their website. It was a great deal! The detergent was not well stocked at all although they did have what I came for. There where boxes everywhere but they did not obstruct my path. It didn't seem dirty although a little cluttered by the boxes which there were employees working on. The only other aisle that I went down was the hair care aisle. It was well stocked and I was happy to see that there was a great selection for ethnic hair which I can't say for some other retailers. The cashier was friendly. No real complaints.

I bought three shirts and set off the alarm on my way out.The girl waved me out and said I know you bought the stuff.When I got home all of the security tags were still on the clothes, hence the alarm.What an inconvenience!I guess I have to go out of my way tomorrow to go back and have them remove them.Inconvenient and a waste of time!

If I could give zero stars I WOULD.It's not the cheap products...It's all about the employees attitudes.They act as if they could care less about customers having a good experience at checkout. Every single time I have went there , the life is like drained out of my existence .Sometimes there is no one present so you have to ring a bell. Even after ringing the bell and they approach the counter they do not acknowledge your existence.

Yesterday I went to Family Dollar and tried to buy some gift cards all I purchased was declined, then went to another same thing and the service was somewhat unprofessional, I say Family Dollar on Delcroft the American young lady is very sassy, and rude been there before she doesn't know how to talk to customers someone should go and watch her. If she doesn't like her job let someone with real customer service experience take over She needs to take a class on that .

Worst customer service ever the cashier named “KANIQUE” is the worst she has 0 manners with people. I went in 10 minutes to closing and when I was ready to check out she did not let me know what register she was open at and on top of that she was talking all types of ways that you never ever talk to a customer. Disrespecting and saying all types of curse words. Also she snatched my money and was like do you want to buy or not. The store manager should be Ashamed!! I will definitively be calling corporate and would like to speak to the district manager. (and I hope you see this message to your so miserably smh but you need to watch how u speak to people)

Location is good and easy to get to. Store is pretty well stocked but occasionally needs to be straightened up b/c some shoppers like to pick up stuff and not put it back where it belongs. Sometimes you run into long lines as well.

Pretty nice... had to make 2 trips because they didn't have what I wanted but the manager was nice. She told me to come back later in the day after they unloaded the truck and she would have it out for me and she did...

Great location. Store is kept clean and in stock on most days. I just wish they had more shopping carts, there are only 2 of them in the store.

Lots of clothes! Always can find what you're looking for. Very convenient near route 113 SEPTA bus and route 102 trolley. Always clean! Tons of items prices slashed in half. This was the bestest place to get non name brand cruiser-pull ups for my daughters when not just allergic to aloe gel diapers, but temperaly to hypoallergenic gel diapers. Until close to 18 months old. But it was always good to buy Huggies here for still highly sensitive hynes. Save here so you can more stuff here that you would put off the next few days if not weeks if you didn't shop here! In good quality so you know it's worth every dollar you're saving. My kids always so uplifted here! 🤗💕

Had the worst experience ever horrible customer service. Line is going down the aisle while the cashier is on the phone sounds like she was arguing with her boyfriend. Horrible she had no concern about the customers!!! I will definitely call corporate

I am not usually a Family Dollar store customer. I missed my bus stop and ended up in Sharon Hill PA, at the trolley stop. My shopping destination was behind me now. I was seeking a bed pillow. I not only found a wonderful 1.5" gussetted pillow, I found a Navy blue multi tone top to go with a pair of shorts at home. The woman who I first encountered when I entered the store was in the midst of a minor retail crisis. Even though she was involved with something else, she took the time to listen and direct me to the exact location of the pillows. The top I purchased was half price @2.50. I could not pass it up. 1 in my size and a comfortable new pillow and I have a new shop to haunt for nice bargains with a staff whom are very knowledgeable about the store set up and very helpful and friendly to boot. Yes, Family Dollar in Sharon Hill PA has won my business. I do love a bargain. More so I value the time and attention I received. Thank you to the taller woman who was so helpful in the middle of a situation I had no idea was happening when I first walked in. It was a good experience for me. I am a recent below the elbow amputee of my right arm. I don't believe she even batted an eyelash when we spoke. Thank you for making my 1st time in your store a positive experience. I will be back. Lol.

Store could be kept a little neater, but it is not as bad as the one on MacDade next to Save a lot. That one is always in terrible condition. But bargains are great

The place was a mess. Boxes were every where. In order to get to an isle was a fight then when you get to the isle you have to move boxes out the way. It was ridiculous. They need help.
