I’ll never use this place again. I TRIED to drop off a prescription at the drive thru. But was met with rude young woman at the window. Her attitude was unprofessional and abrasive. She spent more time laughing and talking with her coworkers than performing her job.

The employees at this location are very unprofessional in the pharmacy department. This particular day, the clerk was using profanity speaking with another customers and conducting herself as if she wasn't in a place of employment. I can't tell you who administered my flu vac because she barely spoke at all or introduced herself, just had an attitude.Calling is useless, the wait time is absolutely ridiculous.The employees should have training workshop or CVS should be more selective in the hiring process

I had a prescription sent to this pharmacy and my doctor wanted to talk to a Pharmacist to just confirm the frequency. We were on hold for 2 hours on 9/19/23. The Pharmacist never picks up.I went to the pharmacy and called my doctor to talk to the pharmacist none of them agreed to talk to my doctor. CVS promised to call my doctor’s office to clarify my order, they never did. I had to switch to the SECANE branch. They don’t open on time as well. On 9/18/23 they opened at 10am instead of 9AM with no explanation. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.. Very dismal service.

I went into this store 7\26/2023 and there was 2 female employees arguing....and one was the manager! I have anxiety and I left outta the store without buying everything I needed because of the arguing and yelling. The cashier was so nice....she started talking to me to calm me down because she saw how it got to me. I will never go back to this CVS again!!!!

This CVS is horrible!! They never answer the phones. Once I called while in the store and watched them let it ring. Second time I called while getting in my car. Drove from Essington to this CVS and you guessed it, just ringing. Got up to the counter and I was the only one there. Can I help you? Yeah a hole answer the dang phone! Took my business elsewhere.

This CVS is awful!They are continually losing pharmacists, techs and clerks.The pharmacy is a hot mess. The woman who answers the phone is rude and downright nasty. I tried putting in for a refill and she argued that it could not be filled until October. Telling her to check again, as I knew it was due, made her angrier. Then the phone dropped. I called back and she SCREAMED at me. After a few choice words (mostly hers) I ended the call.I called the front store and thr pharmacist spoke with me. The store knows this employee is a problem but keeps her.Called today (September 12) and found she never put in the script in!CVS you STINK!

I had a covid test appointment it was cancelled, no one could tell me why. The day I schedule this appointment there were multiple slots available. It's always an excuse with CVS and they never know anything!! I even had a pharmacist at Prospect Park Mc Dave tell me she could transfer my medication from one pharmacy to another, that's not true. Sharon Hill location isn't no better with their nasty attitudes horrible customers service.

This CVS is okay...they are always out of everything, even before Covid hit. The pharmacy techs are rude and sassy. I had my prescription transferred to a different CVS because I would get alerts it was filled, go to get it and it wasn't filled. They would say 20 minutes and then to come back tomorrow. Forgot my face mask and ran in to buy tooth ache medicine for my child. I was forced to buy a face mask before the cashier would ring me up, even though he had on a mask and a full plexiglass screen between us.

Do not come here to get a COVID test. Absolutely terrible treatment. Made an appointment for which I arrived early for and waited in line for two hours only to be told when I got up to the window -not before- but when I got up to the window that the "Nurse practitioner has shut us out. so you will need to reschedule" What?! No sounds like the pharmacy closes at five and you want to go home.

They never have my monthly recurring medication in stock. I have to spend $10.00 a month on public transportation and 3 hours for a round trip to travel to another county to get my prescription every month. I've been on it for decades and get it filled the same day every month and the pharmacy I travel to always has it in stock. CVS has to order it every month and they won't order it until the day it's due to be filled which forces me to go 5 to 7 days without my medication. That's a minimum of 60 days a year that I would be forced to go without medication this is not only unhealthy it's unsafe and I get sick without it

I love this CVS went to this one many years when I had my own place and long after. Always got new ideas. Knows what the people and kids really want. Lots of toys and tons of children's books too. They have Sharon Hill, Knights merch too as well. 😎👍

Do not use this Pharmacy. They will hold your prescriptions Ransom and will not fill them the pharmacy manager is the one that is keeping your information and medication hostage. They tell you that your doctor never called. And yet your doctor has called and gave them the information they need they just do not want to fill your prescription Pharmacy manager is the one at fault. The store manager is just as useless he is the same as she is not customer friendly at all if the corporate office cared at all about their stores they would fire them both do yourself a favor and go anywhere but CVS store

Stay away from this place Pharmacy is a nightmare the pharmacy manager is a waste of time she lies to you and tells you your prescription is not there when it's in front of her the whole time. Store manager does nothing to help either go to Walgreens or anywhere else other than CVS. You get your prescriptions filled here you will regret it they hold your information hostage and won't give you your prescriptions

The associate at the pharmacy was not very nice, she dropped my card on the ground and said nothing as she closed the drive through window. I had to get out of my car to get it from the garbage that's on the ground in the drive through.
