i wish rite aid would carry a brand of incontinence pads that I use. I can get the pants there but than i have to go to walmart for pads. (poise overnight plus purple package) is what i use. you have all the other ones but not that one.) Thank you.

Pharmacists are slow at getting your perscription ready. I call two days ahead of time and my perscriptions still aren't ready. It has gotten worst instead of better compaired to 2 years ago. If this keeps continuing I will switch to another pharmacy.

Was treated awful because of my race by Sandra McCollum and Jennifer Shull. They make dirty remarks about customers and talk about customer's medications that other people hear. Very unprofessional staff.

I've shopped here numerous times and I've always had a good experience. Workers have been very helpful every time I've asked them for assistance. Inventory is consistent and high and the store is spotless.

The pharmacy is horrible they told me they didn’t have my auth for my prescription when they had it a whole week and now they are giving me a run around about fill my Rx..i don’t know how the place is still open there employees are lazy

Once had to report the pharmacy manager to corporate because he was throwing things and flipping out on the other pharmacy workers. Very unprofessional. I have been waiting on them and my doctor to fill my script that I need since October last year. It's now March of 2019. Seriously? It's my thyroid medication which is a daily medication I have been on for years. I'm from Lancaster. The Drs there give 5 refills on life sustaining medication. Not 1. This county rips off the system for healthcare. Continuous Dr visits for one refill is unnecessary and taking tax dollars from people who actually need it elsewhere. This pharmacy doesn't fill my courtesy refills on time. I'm always left without my medication or on my last two pills before they fill it. I expect them to be done the moment they pop up on the queue to be filled. I worked in the pharmacy for rite aid in Lancaster. Refills are to be done in 15 minutes or you get a $5 gift card for free. This town would be put to shame if it was where I worked. You guys work too slowly.

Many times it's slow. It's always moderately expensive. It's better to go to a Mom & Pop pharmacy if one is available. At least then you'll get the service that goes along with a higher price.

I was in there this morning and when checking out I was told the amount and paid. I looked at my receipt and saw they rounded up my price for a charity WITHOUT asking me!!!!! I'm certain that must be against the law! You need to ask if I want to do that!!!I went back in later that day and showed them, they corrected the issue so it would never happen again

For about 4 months the service has gotten very bad in the shamokin store they send you a text letting you know your prescription is ready and when you get to the pharmacy your prescription is not ready
