I live in Mount Carmel so I don't go down here very often but it was definitely worth the trip the staff was helpful and friendly they also have a lot more stuff than most of the local stores in Mount Carmel this place might be my new go to place for Hardware needs

The prices here beat home Depot and Lowes by a substantial amount. I purchased a toilet for $80, their everyday price, the cheapest they had them for at the big box stores was literally $40 more. And I checked online, looking at sale prices including clearance. I couldn't buy a new one from a seller on Craigslist or marketplace for less than $100, I looked hard for a few days, so nice bonus there.I also bought a bucket of joint compound for three dollars less than the big box stores, so double score. And saving on the 40 minute trip and the gas money, as high as that is right now, was extra convenient as well as a money saver as well.Before you head out to the big box stores shop your local hardware store, they have really good prices and some friendly and helpful staff, not all are friendly but most are.

No one is around to help you find anything. After a few rounds through the isles i found what I needed. The register staff could be more friendly.

This place has seen better days! The only time i go here is because i dont want to drive 30 miles to a Lowes to get something. Lets just say if the product on the shelves have dust on it then you can imagine what the rest of store looks like. I could write my name on a shelve on the dust and bet a year later it would still be there. Not the employees fault here improperly managed thats all.

I'm doing some DIY around my house and I was very pleased that they had everything I needed. I really enjoy shopping locally and supporting small businesses. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Employees are nice but avoid you, especially the cashiers. most dont know where to find products. They always are out of things, or so low stocked that you can never complete a job. Any the place is so trashy, its old and they got the look and feel for that

I know more about that store than the workers. When I go there, they should pay me for my time there. Also, its so very dirty in there. I know it's a hardware store, but man. If a product has been on the shelf for 15 yrs, at least dust it off so that it doesn't look like it. I once called to see if they had something I needed. The lady on the phone very rudely said never had and never will. I didn't believe her, so I went there. And while I was looking for it, another young lady who works there came over and I asked her. She said she never heard of it and walked off. I looked to my left and there it was, caked in an inch of dirt from being in the store since opening day. So I grab it. Asked the same young lady if they carried glu-all. And she looked like I asked her for all the money in the register. I just said never mind. And I found it myself . a whole gallon of it. Educate your staff. Teach them some customer service skills. And clean your damn store. Hell. Send me a message. I will gladly clean it for you. I'd love some extra income for the next 6 months.

Good little hardware store with helpful workers EXCEPT for the lady up front. Every time one of us goes in she has a bad attitude and is not friendly or helpful.The last straw before this review was that she denied the clearly labeled price and refused to even go back and see for herself that they were coming up wrong

Was in recently and was really suprised how much nicer and newly stocked it was. Way better than the last 5 plus years. Great if it saves a 20 mile trip to lowes.

Staff is is friendly and depending on the time of day, they'll point you in the right direction. It's nice to have a hardware store that carries the things you can't get at Walmart. I tend to get the odd things that a real Hardware Store has.

They're the only gig in town so I'm thankful they're there. However, it's always a question whether they'll have what I need despite them seeming to have one of everything. Their prices are often very high too.

Called from a corporate company with a sales question and the youngman who answered the phone was so ignorant i just hung up... will NEVER do business with them based on who represents the company. Fix your employees attitudes as i see i am not the first to complain.

Sexist, male chauvinistic worker. Felt completely disrespected. Could go into the nasty details but I'll refrain because it's not worth it. Suffice it to say I will never return and I regret not just driving somewhere else.

Even you don't feel like driving a few miles....then set aside 2-5 hrs or better and go to lowes in Selinsgrove paOr home Depot in st clair pa

Very ignorant cashier, staff was very unhelpful and didn’t know much about anything I asked about. Better off going to Walmart Home Depot or Lowes.. anywhere else but here.

This is a nice home town hardware store. Prices are higher then if you drove to The big box stores but what you save on gas and time is worth the few extra dollars.
