The items are great. A little cluttered, but fine. Line was 15 minutes long, on a Sunday. Every card kept on declining on one register it was so annoying. Then the cashiers were talking bad about someone who’s card was declined. The store was good but the workers are mostly rude.

Walk in 8:49 PM first my friend walks in halfway through the store and then I come in lady in front looks at her watch I’m across the street from her not even close to her and she yells across the store. Just so you know we close in five minutes I said oh OK, thank you for making me aware she says well you need to be at the register not here in five minutes, I’m sorry ma’am what was that as far as I know you close at 9 PM thank you and I go about my business one minute later person loudspeaker announces attention customers we close at 8:55 PM. Please be at the register with your purchasing items to check out again no you close I honor the request and I’m at the register at 8:54 PM. I asked the cashier do you close at 8:55 or nine cashier says nine I said oh OK I thought I don’t not sure what the problem is why I’m have to be here and out of the place by 855 said person I assume supervisor or manager comes out of the office and says quit harassing my cashier I’m sorry ma’am I’m not harassing anybody I’m just simply asking a legitimate question Lady becomes very has a little temper tantrum goes back into the office and practically slams the door. I apologize to the cashier that she has to work under management conditions like this. Unfortunately, this is a complete disgrace woman says you have to be out by 8:55 PM so my cashier can be out of here by 9 PM no ma’am your cashier should be giving you her drawer at 9 PM and you should have it counted by 905 and she should be checking out not my problem Figure it out. Poor customer service very very, very poor customer service. This store doesn’t even deserve a one. Unfortunately, I work in the customer service industry, senior level management, and if this woman worked for me, She would be fired. If I were dollar tree I would be absolutely embarrassed to have a manager who acts in such an unprofessional manner working under our company name. You might want to reconsider who you’re hiring buyers beware do not go to this location at 8:50 PM. New to area have heard very bad reviews about Location

one of the ladies there named marlene was very rude to me while i was checking out. she dumped my items out right on the table. she had a very bad attitude. when i asked for quarters she said she couldn’t open the drawer and give them to me which another lady has done for me before. every time i go into this store that same lady always has an awful attitude. not good customer service whatsoever.

Love the Dollar Tree, was there today and the cashier that I also think is the manager, does not have have what it takes to deal with the public. She was miserable. I think it's because they were busy and she had to help. She was very rude. She would be more suited for a job in a factory or warehouse. So She could be a grouch.

I don’t know if she a manager but I needed Balloon I said excuse me I need some balloons she rolled her eyes and said you have to wait I have people at the cash register.. I said ok.. as I waited patiently.. she got done and my boyfriend said to her the number of the balloon and she kept walking so he said out to me the number of the balloon and she was with attitude and she is he talking to me I said yes she proceeded to Gabe the balloons and said in a low tone I’m a mind reader… so I walked away I gave her all the number to the balloons we wanted in total it was 4 I went back to her and told her I will need another balloon… she rolled her eyes and said OH MY GOD!! I walked away and said if she don’t like her job she should have stool home..my boyfriend got the balloon and we paid and left… I never had a problem there. So sad!!

Well my son,had breakfast and piked out in front of the store.i offered to clean it up with a bucket of hot water if they could give me one.they said they would take care of it.then Marlene decide to tell me how I shouldn’t bring him in the store how he could have a virus,when it was just car sickness,then in the store two other employees decided to chime im and I had to tell them to mind their own business.then one other employee went to the back room and was yelling and swearing and we heard it all .This is discrimination as to I’m not gonna leave my son in the car when my mom has cataracts and can’t see everything in the shelf.pretty upset !

I was in the other day looking for command strips and the isle I'm pretty sure they were in had bunch of boxes in front of that isle . I thought ok they are doing inventory and didn't get to go through everything. I went around to get to that isle . When I was in that isle the employee yell at me saying that isle was closed and I need to get out of it before I get kicked out of the store . I said to her I didn't know that isle was closed . She told me that signs were posted . Well in front of that isle they were no signs posted and if that isle was closed then why wasn't it roped off? She could had told me in a better manner!!! Very disappointed in this dollar tree!!!!

This dollar tree only has one register. So it's really slow when you check out. They do have a self check out but some people say it doesn't work but it's only for cash. There was another worker helping people to check out.

As far as dollar stores go, Dollar Tree is one of the best. (Note: If you haven't been to a dollar store in a while, everything is $1.25 now).They have an extensive section of tableware, much of which looks very attractive..I can't speak to quality, but I was tempted to buy some.I ended up just getting a coffee mug which I like a lot. It stands the microwave oven very well and when I dropped it on the kitchen floor I felt sure it would shatter, but it just bounced without a mark on it.Mainly I go in there for emergency food, and I have not been to every department but it all looks laid out well and you should find everything you need for the home.The food department has a large variety variety of canned and boxed food. I especially like Campbell's beef barley which is hearty and hard to find the days.Not everything is well known brands. They do have Schweppes ginger ale and Pepsi at pretty good price although bottles are 1.5 liters which if you do the math is about the same price as the supermarket.In fact, not everything is really discounted. For example, name brand candy bars and chocolates are usually shrunk to the $1.25 size. For a quick meal I really like the Campbell's soup, which are classic and hearty (like beef barley, which is hard to find in supermarkets these days).Another thing I liked was a large package of shortbread fudge cookies - not a name brand but delicious.There is also a refrigerated section. Not very large unfortunately. I liked the Donald Duck juices, which are pure fruit juice. However, beware of the prices, some of which can go up to $5.00. I found the prices marked on the shelf but not always accurate. I got four meals out of some Arby's french fries, which were very good, but cost $4. Ice cream was scarce, but a good price if you can find it!So, mostly it is an excellent store which I highly recommend. It has mostly bargains, but look out for items that are not!I always feel good at the checkout when I get eight items for $12. Well done me!

So much cleaner, more organized and well stocked now that they have a new manager. It's been a while since I've been at this location, but it's like a whole new store compared to what it looked like before. Cashires were friendly and efficient. It was easy to find what I needed and stockers were helpful in pointing me in the right direction.

Store is dirty and a total mess. The one worker had such an attitude that I gave it right back at her. She was annoyed that the cashier called her out of the office to help ring customers out.I'm thinking she is in the wrong business. Customer service isn't her strong skill.

Amazing difference. I hadn't been to this store in a few months, but the difference is definitely noticeable. I was amazed to find I can now walk through the aisles without tripping over merchandise and boxes of stock that used to clutter the store. And CLEAN!? The store is much more visibly clean now. The associates were definitely more kind and helpful this past time. Eventhough there were long lines the 2 cashiers moved quickly and efficiently. The cashier for the line I used apologized to each customer for their wait and thanked them for their patience.

The Dollar tree has a lot of Christmas decorations at a reasonable price. If your into Christmas decorating, the Dollar is a good place to find high quality items. Highly recommended! 👍

The people who were working today were very helpful and polite. Someone was always around when we needed help with something. The cashier was very nice. There was only one thing that they didn't have that I needed. Great shopping today.

I know what I need when I go to the Dollar Tree you don't have to worry about bumping into anybody the covid-19 restrictions are followed. I can purchase what I need the store is neat and clean. It's an enjoyable experience.

I've gone to Dollar Tree for years and never had I ever had someone so nice as Brayden. Not sure if I spelled his name right but I was low on funds till I get paid this Wednesday and instead of him taking stuff off that I needed, he paid for it! I could have cried! People these days aren't like that and I'm so so so glad that his parents taught him right. What a sweet guy! I'll be contacting corporate because he needs recognized. A++++ :))

I'd shopped at this store since it's opening. In the last several months, however, the store has been in decline. Often dirty, and boxes and boxes of stock that is NOT stocked. Various items lying on the floor. Many times I've been met with signs stating that they are not open due to: broken computer, broken refrigeration, taking inventory and just lately a crude sign out front stating that their hours have changed and they will not open until 10AM. Reaching out to corporate offices is worthless.

First of all where do I start. I dont think a rating exists for this. If there was a negative star rating that would be the rating I would give them, anyway the store is absolutely deplorable. There is many tripping hazards cluttering up the aisles and not to mention the handicap accessibility in here. This store is a lawsuit waiting to happen. When we got to the register my wife commented about the cleanliness and lack of organization in the store and what I assumed was the manager she said if it wasn't for customers coming in and destroying the store the place would look alot better. Which didnt make any sense to me because there was unopened product being stored in the aisles which to my knowledge isnt the customers responsibility to put away. Unless I've been confused my whole life when I walk into a store.

This place was filthy! I didn't get pictures of the front rug and the entrance to the storage room in the back. They were the worst. But the (unattended) broken glass and filthy aisles were unacceptable. Photos don't do justice to how dirty the floors are! It looks like they haven't mopped for weeks. 🤮

This store always looks like a hurricane went through it. Very dirty. Talked to the manager about this and her attitude was she didn't really care. This store needs to take a lesson from the Mifflinburg Pa. Or the Lewisburg, Pa stores. Both of them are very nice and the staff is very helpful.
