Bather and owner both smoke cigarettes in the shop. Bather uses cheap dollar tree shampoo, conditioner and other products not meant for dogs. Groomer and owner both like to have cocktails at the end of the day while still grooming and then drive home with alcohol in their cars.

Do a fantastic job with grooming our pup for the last 3 years. They bother to remember me and my dog on sight, too, which is really nice, especially since we only visit every month or so.
