Leah was extremely helpful and kind! She helped us get things off the top shelf and made sure everything rung up correctly when it was on sale. Very pleasant experience! Bathrooms were also very clean.

I usually make two to three stops there a week. The only complaint I have is there are ALWAYS near empty shelves in the pet food aisle. I end up going somewhere else to get those items.I find the staff to be friendly and supportive. This new store is so much better than the old site.

Ran very poorly. The "boss" was there today. It is not professional to call someone honey, I did not appreciate it. Apparently I thought something was a sale that wasnt, I said nevermind I dont need it. She continued to talk condescendingly because she "runs the place." Its a new building, so hopefully they get it together and find professional management.

Don't try to do anything with cards here. Only one employee can add money to cards. When the giant sasquatch blonde chick has issues with her machines she blames the customer like the card just stopped working. No customer service. Still can't believe she treated my daughter that way. Real lucky I don't show up in person.

Disappointed Always rolltainers in the aisles no one can shop. Horrible customer service no one ever at the register always waiting in line for a long of time. They don't take any covid-19 protocols never wipe the carts off or the baskets good way to spread COVID-19 ONLY WIPS the register at night they don't wipe the register down during the day they wipe it down with Windex nothing to protect against the COVID-19

I went for a 3day sale for bogo toilet paper that began today, unfortunately this store had none in stock, (they had sold out by roughly noon). When I asked the manager, Chris, if they had any in the back or hadnt put out yet, she took the time to explain that they didnt but would be getting a truck sometime tomorrow and she hoped additional stock would be on it. She told me they dont know until the truck comes, and it could arrive anywhere between 7am and 9pm, but I could call and they would let me know if any came in. Although I am sure she was as frustrated as I was, she never let on and couldnt have been more helpful or pleasant. I wish all dollar general employees/managers acted like Chris, she was an example of how a manager should handle situations like this.

The prices are not bad on the cleaning items and the toilet paper and paper towels. They are hardly ever busy but they only have one cashier working most the time.

The store is allways a mess you can't get around due to boxes unpacked,all I see them do is follow you around to see if your steeling,I'm 50 years old.all I want to do is take my time read about products or find something new ,ask questions were to fined something then you can't find anyone.but they were just pretending to work in same lane but next few days same dam mess us there,back to find someone to get help is like a miracle.never same faces to build a bond with them.or they live in same area and if they heard a rumour on there off time they take it to work and talk to someone there checking out about gossip I don't want to o hear cuz I'm the next to ring out and by then I'm very up set that they might have hurt someone just cuz they heard a rumour.that hurts ppl in a certain small town.99 percent you struggle just to live there cuz ppl take things to work,or they won't t let you come into store,cuz they might not like them cuz they heard they do drugs.they embarrassed a customer that was 3 on line said your not aloud in my store I front of a lot of ppl that day she said why what's the reason.that managger at the time ,she actually said we don't serve drug attics.i was pissed and spoke my mined then more ppl joined in told her who dose she think she was embarrassed this mother of 2 little kids.the manager had not been there for about a year.she lost a lot of customers when she word we all would drive ten to fifteen away to another store she's horribly mean.but every day is like a zoo in there.something has to be done.new Florence store is clean but managment follows you every were all so. When they started that I called police for stalking me.i done nothing but walk in and I guess i look like a theaf.for her to make my shopping experience horrible.so i tend to notice there all m pretty much that way.well I will go out of my way to shop in peace when I need help I easy can find.sorry your losing money from ppl you hire cuz ppl like me have a choice bocote dollar stores .

It's a great place to do a quick shopping trip. You can also find name brands for a lot less. The employees are very nice towards the customers as well. 😁

Since they made some changes, it is easier to find what your looking for. I a lesson are easier to maneuver in and the staff is better than before.
