This one goes out to Derek. The Duke of Deals. The Sultan of Sales. This man is an absolute force to be reckoned with when it comes to off road vehicles. From the moment I walked in this man was bombarded with question after question. You woulda thought I was a Guantanamo Bay gaurd trying to get info out of Derek on what ATV was gonna fit me best. Not only did this man show me model after model he even printed over a dozen quotes for me so I knew exactly what I was gonna spend down to the penny. Over the next several days I was relentless like an attacking persian army. But instead of 300 Spartans to hold the line, Derek went shields up and stood his ground! Even when I ran into issue after issue on my end, this man went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and not rushed in any way! The absolute King of Customer Service came through in the end and got me out the door with a brand new Polaris that my family is going to enjoy for years to come. The mad man even got me hooked up with every add on I wanted and came in cheaper than the off brands I found online! Not only has Legends of Seneca gained a lifelong customer. I'll be singing their praises to anyone that will listen. Oh whats that? You need a new ATV and dont know if you wanna deal with pushy salesman to get one? Well buddy I happen to know Huey and he has some news for you. You know darn well I'm coming back for a dirtbike and SxS. All thanks to Derek. The best Salesman this side of the Mississippi.

Excellent experience at Legends of Seneca. I was looking for a specific bike and found 5 in PA so I started my round of dealership calls. When Chris Roudybush answered my call at Legends, he gave me a quick, no-nonsence "out the door" price as I requested. The other dealers were not even close on price. I had never heard of Legends, they are about a 5 hour drive for me and the incredible price made me a little skeptical (are these guys legit?). Anyway, I became more comfortable talking to Chris, and put a deposit down. The bike was still in the crate but Chris jumped through hoops to get it assembled for me within two days to accommodate my travel plans. I arrived to pick up the bike at the agreed upon day and time and the bike was ready, sitting just outside their beautiful showroom. The finance person (do not remember her name) was excellent too. All paperwork was in order and explained very well. I was in and out, loading the bike within 15 minutes, with two nice courtesy t-shirts. I can't thank Chris and Legends enough for their honesty, professionalism and efficiency. I've been buying bikes for many years and I can honestly say this was the best buying experience to date. I'll be back...thank you!

Excellent experience! Got a honda ruckus and she runs great. Perfect for commuting around town or even some dirt trails.Special thanks to Chris!Man, this guy did everything. He went above and beyond to ensure that I got the best price even after the initial quote. He spent time showing me and testing the product. He even helped me load and secure for transport.I kinda caught him at lunch time, but he had no problem taking the time to make sure I was completely satisfied. Thanks Chris.Also shoutout to Terri! She was great. She went over the paperwork with me and she was very knowledgeable and thorough. She answered all my questions and verified the specifics I was looking for with this motor-driven cycle.Will recommend 'Legends of Seneca' to anyone.

40 years i purchased from previous owner.I call for a broken shifter lever on my 2019 Ranger side x side. Brody in parts told me the shifter lever is discontinued and was not available. After purchasing over 20 units from that location they have no record of my account. My 2019 Ranger must be Junk and un fixable. I ask for Mike from parts and after 30 plus years in parts he now asembles new units. ??? Really. I will never waste my time calling again.
