Dr. Maria was incredibly rude and judgmental and made my fiancé feel uncomfortable. She did not actively listen to what he had to say. We will be switching vets. The other vet doctor is very nice and helpful and we love her but I’m assuming she wasn’t working today. A shame.

My husband and I have both had the pleasure of taking our fur baby to Dr.Vitello, and each experience has been awesome! She's VERY informative and very nice! The staff was remarkable as well! Everyone was stunned by our cat Trixie because she's so beautiful. Trixie never hisses and cries when we r there either! She is a calm kitty and let's them do whatever they need to! She might hate her visits but I LOVE THEM! everyone makes me feel comfortable! I'll never go anywhere else! THANKS ALPHA YOU GUYS ROCK!!

Our vet of many years moved to another state. We were recommended to try Alpha by family and all of the staff has been very sweet and affectionate to our babies. They are progressive and look at the whole picture especially with our senior cat and keeping her best interest in mind! Yesterday I had my first experience with Alpha Veterinary Hospital and I can't say enough good things about this practice. From the support staff to the docter, every interaction was positive. Dr. Phillips helped me with a difficult case when no one else was willing to. She and the staff dealt with me and my pets in a compassionate and non-judgmental way. I will be transferring my other pets to the practice as soon as possible! Thank you!

Well, really - I can't say enough about Alpha Vet and the wonderful folks there. Previously, they took incredible care of my two Poms for many, many years. Now they've met my new rescue, a Black Lab - Border Collie mix, and she loves them as much as they love her. Service has always been friendly, professional, caring, and top-notch. I like that I have had the chance to get to know everyone who works there, and they know me. So Alpha will be my vet hospital for as long as possible.

I recently moved to the area and tried calling many different vets; all of them acted like they were too busy for me and said they were not taking new pets (and they were not nice about it). Finally, I tried Alpha and they were patient, kind and accommodating from the beginning. Although not an emergency, my pet was in need of urgent care and they said although they were very busy, they could squeeze me in. I have also had so many instances where vets take advantage of you monetarily, as well as suggest everything under the sun for your pet. Alpha was extremely reasonable with their pricing, as well as they covered all of our options and the pricing up front. Although they are on the smaller side, they are by far the best veterinarian hospital I have interacted with. I also feel that the atmosphere made my pet much calmer than any other vet visit and helped to lower his stress level. We will ONLY be using Alpha in the future!

I love Alpha veterinarian, we have been going to them over 30 years! The DRs and staff are friendly, and truly care about you and your fur baby, they take the time to explain, so you understand what is going on, they help you make an informed decision on the care of your pet. I took my old cat there when she was in distress, she actually passed away on the ride in, the dr and staff were very comforting to my son and I. Like it was their own car that had just passed.I drive over half an hour to get to their office, it’s worth it to me, I know my babies are getting wonderful care!

The care you get is really amazing, the doctor takes her time and really gets to know you and your pet, you are not rushed. Dr Vitello and crew are beyond incredible. She was able to extract stool, urine and blood on the spot in an incredible fashion. Full spectrum bloodwork and results in a day. Couldn't ask for anything more. On top of that, my super shy Avé was completely comfortable in their care. Tells you a lot about people by the way animals interact with strangers. Especially cats. I've found my vets for life. Whether good or bad news, I trust whatever they say.

I rarely rate anywhere 5 stars. But Alpha Vet definitely deserves 5 stars from me. I love this vet and I won't go anywhere else.The staff is wonderful. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, compassionate, and really care about the animals.If you have an appointment, you never have to wait long. They do a great job scheduling so there aren't a bunch of animals in the waiting room at one time. I really appreciate that, because it's less stressful for the animals (my cats are terrified of dogs).The place is always kept clean. I've never seen it messy or smelly.I know my pets are in good hands here. They've helped us through some rough times with our pets.

We have been going to Alpha for 9 years now, ever since our dog was 1 year old. (We had switched from a larger practice, partly because we always felt rushed there- like a piece on an assembly line.)Dr. Vitello and Dr. Rumetsch always take their time with us and our dogs, giving extra treats and pets/cuddles to our dogs during appointments. Their and the vet techs' (like Danielle) love of animals is obvious from the moment you walk in. Additionally, they have stayed late a couple of times or accommodated us with last-minute appointments for the next day for emergencies with our dogs. They truly go above and beyond, and treat both your pets and you like family.

This is a wonderful vet. I'll never go anywhere else. I've only ever had a wonderful experience at Alpha Vet.They take care of all our pets. Both the veterinarians are absolutely wonderful. They have seen my cats for everything from simple colds & yearly vaccinations to serious illnesses & an amputation.I trust them completely & am so grateful for everything they've done to help us out over the years with the tons of cats I've brought in. They've also been great with my mom's dogs.Besides the wonderful Vets, the other staff members are also terrific (such as vet asst's & secretaries). Everyone is very friendly & caring. You can tell they truly love animals.I have nothing but great things to say about this place.

Brought my two dogs here for the first time and I know I'll never change vet again. The staff are super friendly. Dr. Rumetsch is so nice and patient with one of my mutt who is skittish with exam table. Very gentle and she takes time to explain what needs to be done. The cats at the office are super friendly; my Jaymee actually like them =O. Clean, prompt, friendly, and professional. Will recommend this vet to whomever we know! Thank you, Alpha Vet. You sure do make a difference in our four-legged family :)

I have been taking my dog here for years. My dog is excited when we are there. Every visit the staff treats my dog as if he was their personal pet.A very welcoming and receptive environment. The staff is eager to help and answer any questions.Even after moving out of the area, I have no problem making the drive to Alpha for routine care and evaluations. They are great!

If it wasn't for this place my daughters kitten and my cat would not have made it! They took care of the cat's and worked out a payment arrangement with me! Truly life savers! Staff here are WONDERFUL and create such a relaxed environment!! The vet here listened to their entire history, thoroughly examined them and all were so extremely accommodating. They made a solid game plan to help resolve my goldens issues and left me feeling optimistic - not something I’ve gotten from other vets. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would.

I was so pleased with the care my little Pepper Cat received from the loving ladies at Alpha. Dr. "Gret" and her staff were very knowledgeable, and they made me feel at ease with their personable care of my sick kitty.
